So I had just ordered some food and a sweet tea on my way up to Owensboro. The last couple of times I have gotten food and a sweet tea something is always messed up, either the food, my drinks, the service, something. This time I had asked for a sweet tea with light ice and I was given a regular tea with heavy ice but I couldn’t turn around because I was already on the road. Very disappointed and overall just not happy with the service provided.

YOU’LL WAIT 20+ MINUTES FOR CURBSIDE … ridiculous wait time the last several times….. I ended up calling, they argued with me, even though they took my money, and the app clearly showed I finished placing my order, it even had a message saying “we hope you enjoyed your order as much as we enjoyed making it for you”. I NEVER received my food, yet they got the money. Very poor communication, they wouldn’t even try to resolve it… I’ve worked in retail, this was a total joke.. robbery.

Once you get your food it tastes pretty good. But if you order on the app before you get there to try to save some time to wait like 20 minutes and if you order through the app for the drive-thru it’s not guaranteed to get all your food or if it’s even going to be right

The food was good, we got some double quarter pounder or something and it was better than I remembered eating as a kid. The French fries were perfectly bronzed and tasty, the only thing that was considered a Con was that the kid-seat was really sticky, and the wet wipes couldn’t remove the gunk. Otherwise it was a good place to eat at.

Im just so over McDonald’s food, it is monotonous. Needs a make over, along with ppl skills to half the staff.. mostly just young teenagers, who know everything at this age, to actually communicating like child still (not saying you are children) just haven’t got past the point, giggle, judge stage of communication yet.. Stopped in for a quick snack and to use the restroom. Used the app to mobile order. Bathroom was decently clean and food was hot and as ordered. Time to fill the order was a bit long in the dining room, considering nobody else was there, but otherwise it was a good experience.
