Ok, it’s McDonald’s. The place was clean and the service was prompt. Felt bad for the poor girl behind the counter, some troll was trying to scam some free food. No receipt and could not even say what time the order took place. So be nice to the servers. The food was typical.

Came to get my daughter a sausage and cheese biscuit after we pulled away and got home. We realized there was no cheese on the sandwich drove back up there to have it corrected only to have them try to hand me a piece of cheese. Also would be nice to see McDonald’s employees in actual clothes rather than in their pajamas I know that it’s cold outside, but working in pajamas it’s not exactly the appropriate McDonald’s attire won’t be visiting this place again.

tonight I went & ordered a chocolate shake & she hands me cup of chocolate milk, I said l, ” this isn’t a shake it milk, it’s not even cold”, the lady at the window had the nerve to say, ” yes it’s a milk shake that’s how McDonald’s makes them now”, and my Mc Flurry was smores soup, I know McDonald’s doesn’t care but come on now this is ridiculous

I came in with my 4 year old son for lunch. I stood there for a bit, and someone finally came to the counter to take my order, my son got a kids meal, and I got a McDouble and a small fry, my order sat on the counter top, for about 5-7 minutes, while a worker approached us and said we are waiting on fries. Meanwhile we are still waiting, the manager says your food is right here we had to wait on the fries.. my son and I sat down in the playground area, and I began to separate our food , the fries are FREEZER cold still, my hamburger was cold, the cheese was still cold as if it came out of the refrigerator..the establishment’s now days are definitely not like they were BACK in the day.. I believe the only thing good that I liked was my coke and my son likes his hi-c other than that he ate his nuggets and we threw the rest away. Just ridiculous.

Whatever cook it was that made my order really needs more training. The staff were great with great service but when asked to not put something on a burger and not following through with that is a serious problem. What if someone asked to not have something on their burger because of being allergic to it and the cook puts it on there anyways. There would be a huge issue. Please do better and make sure people orders are correct when making them.
