I can’t believe how they do ppl who doordash food!! They don’t provide meals nor refunds my daughter paid $11 and supposedly they didn’t even have orange juice and claimed they couldn’t remake the order because it was through a third party even though the Dasher supposedly brought back the food to the restaurant!! Customer service just ain’t like it use to be!! I definitely won’t be back since they didn’t even try to help resolve the issue!! My child is now without food and without refund!!

I went to drive thru @625am order sausage egg and cheese muffin and ice coffee it was rubbery and I ate a shell. Now I have the stomach issues will never be back.. knowing you just opened that is very inexcusable very very sad

This is the weirdest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, they do not display the soft drink fountain for customers to get their own drinks while we wait for our food, nor are they in a rush to serve use considering they are serving people just walking in through the door. This new generation of customer service is complete trash.

I am a college student in my town and I live a little over a mile away I would say from the McDonald’s and my car is stuck because of the ice storm so I had walked to the McDonald’s around 9:05pm and when i got there the lobby was already closed and said drive through only so i thought i could do a pick up order and try to pick it up on feet through the drive-through window so i got on the app and purchased a meal and went up to the first window and showed them and the manager “taylor” refused to give me a last name denied my request and made me cancel my order and as a not so rich college student and with the current weather i walked in i was very disappointed how they treated me knowing the conditions outside there was also maybe one other person in a car at the drive through so it was very empty and it’s very cold and they couldn’t just give it to me to the window because it was considered “dangerous”. and i would give it 0 stars if i could and this location is an overall joke i have nothing but problems with food and employees.

This Is the worst McDonald’s in the state of Kentucky, and it’s not even close. They will routinely butcher your order, management staff will do nothing about it, and corporate doesn’t care. You’ll be disappointed and they will laugh at you if you complain.

We sat for more than 15 minutes after pre ordering online, only ordering 2 items, and then watched 3 cars behind us get their food first. Service was terrible, no reparations or communication.
Edit: on top of this we received no sauces in our original order and when we returned to the drive through the ask the night shift was just laughing(even over the intercom we’re laughing) and seemed very inattentive to their actual tasks. After so many times of bad service especially at night, I would rather make the drive to a different branch.

If you order on app make sure you check to make sure you get everything . Don’t be dumb like me I got shorted two times in a roll at this place and didn’t know till I got home sure wasn’t going back to tell them . I’ll never go back again
