The reason I am leaving this review is for the very nice worker here. Her name was Ms. Lou. She worked the dining room. She did an amazing job taking care of us and others. She filled our drinks for us, brought us little plates to eat off of, brought a tray with different sauces, etc. Offered to refill our drinks. She gave better service than some 5 star dining restaurants we have ate at. Ms. Lou obviously enjoys her job. Good job McDonald’s for hiring her. Now for the food review. We haven’t ate at McDonald’s for over 3 years, we both got the big Mac meals. We won’t be back to McDonald’s. It’s just not as good as it used to be. I give Ms Lou 5 stars, 1 star for the food. 3 star average.

Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience fell short. The worker who took my order was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I hope she takes a moment to reflect and adjust her attitude, as it directly impacts how customers perceive the business.

I left very angry , idk why she wanted to respond with “ it’s not my fault you couldn’t hear me “ really ?! Is this how employees of McDonald’s act now a days ?! Like you guys are still employed with that nasty attitude ?!

I hope she finds something that suits her better , if you are miserable working there … maybe you shouldn’t work there.

Cheeseburger was ok spicy chicken sandwich was extremely tough. My son could not eat it. Manager seemed little aggressive which made her sound kind of rude. Cashier was very friendly. Restaurant was looked clean but chairs/benches needed to be updated. I would probably stop by there if I sx in the area or a closer one. I normally try not to go places with less then 4 stars. This one had 3.6 and I can see why.

The morning manager sucks!! As a manager you should be able to resolve issues prior to escalating.. Every since I got the app I’ve had issues with these codes and you would think she’d know how to fix the situation prior to it escalating and customers start wilding out due to time wasted making ppl try to fix the issue.. instead of taking charge fixing it..

Traveling to Florida, we started our day early and stopped at the McDonald’s store #3857 at 3080 Scottsville Road, Bowling Green, KY. First, our food was as ordered, hot, and quick. Second, when we sat down, the dining room attendant, Ms. Lou, asked if we needed anything and offered to get us fresh coffee when we were about to leave. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy so she spent time with her regulars and circled back to us and asked if we were travelling. We said yes and this is where she really shined. She asked if we had a cooler and we did so she offered to get us a bag of ice. Then, she offered us some fruit and trash bags for our wet swimwear travelling home. She was super helpful, kind and considerate. We were guests and that is exactly how she treated every one that came in the store. Ms Lou made an ordinary visit to McDonalds a very pleasant and enjoyable one. Bravo! McDonald’s should seek out and hire lots of Ms. Lous at all of their restaurants.

Every time I visit Kentucky, I get more impressed by the love of the people there.
I was passing through omw to a morning delivery and needed my ritual coffee from McDonald’s.
Found this location on my route that was accessible with semi-truck parking and placed an order for pickup.
Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door by an elder woman whom I’ve found to be “Ms Lou” from the reviews.
Entering, she asked if I had a cooler in my truck, and would I like a bag of ice? “Yes..” to both, “..and I have a mobile order”. She proceeded to get the ice after directing me to the restroom.
I returned to a bag of ice, coffee, and my order, and she offered more coffee if I had a mug, and ice if needed.
Conversing, “Ms Lou” was the sweetest person I’ve ever met in any McDonald’s in my over 50yrs visiting any location.
She overwhelmed me with generosity and kindness, told me to be safe on the road, and gave me a hug when exiting.

I have been to many McDonald’s in my life. This is the first McDonald’s where I’ve ever had anyone come to the table and ask me if we needed anything. Miss Lou was an absolute doll! And she clearly provides the service because she loves the people. I tried to give her a tip and she refused to take my money.

No receipt, burgers smushed and half put together, missing everything on a cheeseburger but the cheese. Rushed to pull up and wait even though we were the only car in line. Come on people, not expecting 5 star service but at least do your job correctly.

Had the worst customer service. We ordered at the drive thru and at the window asked to confirm the order since it was a large order. The lady at the window would not confirm the order and said I can cancel it if you would like but we cannot confirm the order. I am paying for the order why can you not confirm for me. Especially it being a large order. Really poor overnight customer service. Do not ever visit this McDonald’s unless you want someone else’s order handed to you. Gand Marav Chodya!

This McDonald’s is by far the cleanest I have visited. The meticulous attention to cleanliness, coupled with attentive service and a comfortable, well-maintained dining area, made for a genuinely pleasant experience. I will certainly return, confident in the assurance of a consistently high standard.
