Solid stop if you’re looking for consistent fast food in Bowling Green. The service is good, and the staff does their best keeping things moving. The only drawback is the long lunch lines so it’s worth timing your visit outside of rush hour

Manager would not fix their mistake. I gave them a coupon code. The app said they got the code but they told me the code was for earning points. It was not. Now that deal is used and it won’t let me use any more deal codes. Manager would not manually take off the deal even after I had a screen shot proof that the app told me they accepted the code. No wonder chikfila makes more profit even though they’re open less hours in a day and closed on the Lord’s day. Peace out Mcds!

Make sure you verify your food is accurate.I don’t go McDs very often and was reminded why I avoided it. I had an extra 12 mile round trip to pickup what was not given to me. I would say my fault for not checking but isn’t that their job?

I go to this location quite often since it’s on the way to work in the mornings and must say it is exceptional as far as Bowling Green fast food goes. Always timely service, professional, and they get the order right. Probably been here 20 times total and never have they made a mistake. Also they made the best Big Mac I’ve had in my life today so shoutout whoever was working tonight

I ordered the buffalo ranch McCrispy Chicken sandwich today on the McDonalds app, along with the wrap and a drink to eat on the way back to Tennessee. On the positive side, the order was ready in just a few minutes with was great but, the name of the sandwich needs to be changed to “McSoggy” because the fillet must have been left over from breakfast and the breading was very dark. Its really disappointing to spend that much on a sandwich expecting some semblance of quality only to get something that needs to be put on life support. And, you see the picture on the app on how great it looks only to get something that just needs a decent burial. Maybe corporate or the franchise owner needs to mystery shop here to see what kind of swill this location serves.

Having the same issue as some of the people before me got there and open my app the drive-thru microphone. Their system took my code and somehow they lost my code and told me that I cannot use my code for my order. Instead of fixing it, they just told me that it was my issue and that they couldn’t do anything about it. I drove off and they lost a customer. I hope others will speak out like me to raise this issue to McDonald’s so they actually fix it.

Walked in After 8:29pm and Parking lot was pitch dark. I complained to a Worker and she had a bad attitude. She didn’t even try to speak to manager to tell him her what’s going on she looked at me like I was crazy. All I said parking lot lights are off and it’s pitch dark. 1 I taught they were closed 2 when I walked out I tripped on the walk way. So Hazartous. So much for Helo

I ate at the McDonald’s in Bowling Green Kentucky I ordered a grown up Grinch happy meal and it was awesome. I enjoyed a Big Mac, shaker dill pickle fries and a coke to drink.
