so i ordered delivery through the app, used my points to get a free large fry. i ordered a few drinks, some sauces, and a spicy mcchicken and added cheese to it for almost $1. my food gets delivered and they give me a medium fry and there is no cheese on my mcchicken. so thanks for that mcdonald’s, now i’ve wasted my points and lost money.

Food is good when they actually get the order correct, which is about 40% of the time. I had to quit using doordash because there is no recourse other then a refund which is not acceptable when they mess up the order about 60% of the time. This is not an exaggeration, I’ve been keeping track.
I love McDonald’s sausage egg mcmuffins, but they have no taste is you DON’T FREAKING RECEIVE IT! I know mistakes happen, but not 60% of the time. Further, the management of this particular store is the worst of literally anywhere I have ever been. I do not understand how anyone with such clear contempt for their customers would choose to work in customer service. I don’t even call about missing items anymore because their condescending tone angers me beyond belief and it’s not worth the hassle.
My order this morning for example was missing a sausage burrito, no sauce for the other one, my frappe (they’re expensive) was filled up maybe 3/4 of the way, no napkins either.
I never write reviews, I think 2 in my life maybe, but I despise this particular store with every fiber of my being. You all absolutely suck.

Ordered Shamrock Oreo McFlurries and watched them get hand-mixed with the cup pressed against the employee’s chest, beard dangling, mouth open and an uncleanly looking employee! ABSOLUTELY NOT Got a refund immediately. Drove to the new location across town where my ice cream wasn’t in someone’s personal space and, shockingly, it was clean and mixed right. Corporate, get beard nets and basic food safety together. A McFlurry shouldn’t feel like a biohazard.

Ordered a kids 6 piece nugget happy meal and left out the nuggets, 2 snack wraps and a medium fry. The frys were barely half the carton.. I called to get the order replaced and dude said he couldn’t do it. I ended up giving my son my food because they didnt give him his. Yet they don’t replace the meal.. crazy.. the dude in the phone was about half way rude about it.

Went tonight and they was packed because of the Grinch Meals… I ordered an ice coffee and of course a Grinch meal to go for myself! The staff was overwhelmed but very positive and polite taking my order. The food did take awhile but it was worth the wait! The person that gave me my meal even said thank you and goodnight to me! All the staff was working together and I didn’t hear anything negative out of anybody working! Good Job under pressure guys/girls!!!

They need to put out of order signs on the kiosks if they’re not going to work. I did two full orders and it waited til the end to say “cashless device is unavailable.” Why does it wait til the end to say that? It needs to inform us at the beginning so we don’t waste our time. I just walked out.
Update: This visit on 2/22/26. The Kiosks were down again and still no “Out Of Order” signs for them. Then when I ordered from the cashier he got my order wrong. I’m not going back to this location, ever.

Ordered in app pick up waited 18 min to get food in spot, priority is dash and Uber. Always seem to be short on employees, for a McDonald’s this one needs work for sure. Just be ready to wait for food if going.

We visited 3 times during our brief stay at Murray. Standard McD fare. This is larger than many other locations I have been to. It stays busy due to the drive-thru, but the walk-in service was reasonably fast. Use the app for good deals.

Quite possibly the slowest “fast food” establishment i’ve ever been to. I always order 5-7 minutes before i arrive so that when i get there the food might be ready, but it appears to fail me every single time. I go today and order ahead per usual and am still left waiting in the parking lot for pickup 17 minutes. I walk in at about the 14 minute mark to see about 15 people in the kitchen all gathered in the same area with little to no production. The seating area had 2-3 people and the drive through was the slowest i’ve ever seen it yet my food still took 20 minutes, and when i finally got my food i was greeted with a mildly warm burger and soggy old fries with no salt. If you decide to pickup i wouldn’t recommend it, you’d be better to walk in and cook for yourself because you’ll be quicker than anytime i’ve ever been.

I got a chicken sandwich combo
The bun was burnt on the inside and the chicken was both dry AND greasy and the burnt bun made the lettuce disgusting, fries were hard and cold
