Came in repeatedly told them we only wanted cheese and diced onion on our burgers extra diced onion. We ordered multiple drinks as well including a mocha frappe and sweet tea after paying at the first window we got to the second window and had to tell them three times we were missing our sweet tea and mocha frappe and that they didn’t put any onions on our burgers they gave us our mocha frappe but refused to fix the burgers and refused to bring our sweet tea. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s.

Went on the app pick up and it took 40 minutes to get food. Plus ordered a DrPepper and first didn’t bring one out after 10 minutes they bring out a Diet Coke and the caramel frappe wasn’t full. Just didn’t like the attitude or the fact that the app is supposed to right when you supposedly get it in a timely manner. Got to the house and the food isn’t even cooked ♂️

Used the mobile app. Crew was friendly even though the process is new and fairly confusing. They did a great job. Very happy and the app got us a great deal on our items. Everything was correct and put together nicely. Great job Jackson street Mickey D’s!

Down 1 star, because NOW it smells like dead mice in the atrium & lobby (I had thought it may have been temporary, but it is a3- week- lingering- problem) ! I cannot eat at a place whose bathrooms stays dirty for days (no paper towels but has a paper towel dispenser). Down 4 stars to 1.

Things are much better here than they used to be. The location is totally refurbished and is much nicer inside. The service is much better too. The deals in the McDonalds app are fabulous. You can save a lot of money using those.

You door dash there and when a worker is having a bad day what do they do? They slammed your bags on the counter not to mention I said thank you and the lady walks to the corner like she’s just having the worst day of her life that was not my drinks lady and if it was you’d be doing a refund for sure. Need to have better customer service!!
