My husband and granddaughter loves McDonald’s so this morning we went to the drive thru and got gravy and biscuits and doughnuts when we got home I opened the food there was nothing of the biscuit except the center no bottom the top was a few little pieces in the bowl I ordered the cream filled donut and got a glazed one every time we eat there we never get what we ordered or we get food like today and today I’m really mad

Food wasn’t what I ordered and I went in to sit down. I ate it because it was hot and close to my order. Service was great! My meal was less than I thought it would be! Table was not clean and it was a very small place and very very busy. Almost couldn’t find a parking spot to park in due to double line in drive thru and so I had to wait to even get parked and go in. Kind of inconvenient. But I understand they can’t control that.

If you dine in there is a feeling of depression about the place, but that’s the average McDonald’s these days. This particular location almost always clears your order if you use the mobile app so they have to ask you what you ordered, or they’ll straight up bring you the wrong thing after they pull you to a waiting space. They also don’t really use enough salt and pepper to taste it on the burger, so it’s kind of bland. The fries are usually a little old unless you come during a heavy traffic time.

They can’t ever get the order right. Every time I go to this place something is either forgotten or not correct. Worst one in the chain. I dread when this kids ask for it and this is the closest one unfortunately.

I was in town recently to visit my girlfriend, from Denver. We ordered breakfast on the mobile app my last day in town, I pull up at 10:30am and they cut me off, even after I begged them. Apparently, she ran it by management too. How helpful. They refused to help when an order got sent through to the wrong McDonald’s on the app days before too. Terrible service. I will not be spending money here again. I prefer Taco Bell and Wendy’s anyways

Our McDonald’s here in Harlan, KY is the best. I have traveled far and wide, and this one is THE BEST. The servers are so sweet, and the food is always good. I have NEVER had a bad experience.
