Having ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal, so I could give the toy to my great-grandson later; as usual the fries were cold and not cooked enough and no napkins. But, at least I got the toy and ate the very dry cool cheeseburger and had napkins in my car but did not drink all of the Diet Coke which should have been regular Coke.

I’m not sure who’s working the night shift here, but the experience we had last night was awful.
When we first pulled into the drive-thru line, we took notice of how there were no cars in line. We thought perfect— it’ll be short and quick, as we were hungry after work.
Upon arriving to the speaker to order, we placed our items and requested 2 chocolate chip cookies. We were told the wait would be just around 2 minutes to bake them fresh. How much better could that be?
We pulled to the window, paid, and went to the second window to begin getting our food. This is when we realized why there was no line— every vehicle coming through had been pulled to the side and parked. Of course, as expected, we were pulled over too.
We received our drink and pulled to the parking spot with the multiple of others. I cannot make this up, we waited nearly 30+ minutes for 3 items. Eventually we went in and just picked our order up after seeing workers come out and never having the full orders.
We spoke with other customers who said anytime the manager on duty worked, they’ve had a horrible experience. I completely see the frustration, and I strongly advise whoever the manager is to get a new job as this one is obviously not his calling.

This is a very nice clean McDonald’s. The food was very good. Staff were nice. Only one complaint. It was 28° outside and we came in to eat breakfast. The a/c was on blowing very cold air. It was like refrigerator inside. That needs to be addressed.

Every time I have ordered chicken nuggets in the last 6 months they have been cold/raw. They never give you sauce or napkins. I ordered a quarter pounder and sat at the 3rd window for 10+ minutes so I parked and walked in. The lady in front of me blew her nose and then proceeded to wipe her hands on her pants and then handle/bag food. Had employees stare right at me and continue to walk by me. Once I finally got my food I had to walk right back in for my sauce. After so long this just turns into lazy employees.

Love this location, the staff are super friendly. The managers go out of their way to keep drive thru time down and food quality at its best. The employees greet you with a smile, are so polite and I rate the customer service at a 9.5 out of 10. Probably one of the best McDonald’s I have left a review for. Bravo McDonald’s for choosing a staff that provides quality customer service and a friendly welcoming atmosphere

Awful place. Was there last night and went through the drive thru. Ordered a double quarter meal, they pulled me up to the third window and I sat there for 25 minutes until I walked inside and then took 5 minutes just to get someone to talk to me. The lady laughed saying they probably gave my order to someone else. Was a 30 minute ordeal. This happens at this location consistently. Other McDonald’s i can order same thing even when its busy and get my food in under 10 minutes. Owners need to clean house and hire people who know what they’re doing.

Screwed order up 2 times including gave order to another customer. Made it again at closing. Completely messed up again!!! Now closed! To busy goofing off laughing at customers to pay attention. Manager especially! Who said they would fix the order right each time!

I ordered ahead for curbside pickup since I was short on time. I waited 20 minutes in my vehicle before going in, then waited another 15 minutes inside after speaking to a couple of employees, then back my car for another 5 minutes.
I’ve legitimately had $100 of groceries delivered from Walmart faster than this place can get a happy meal together.

So I stopped at McDonald’s Baird Avenue last night 01/03/26 and I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and 4 snack wraps with a LARGE fry, I get home, my fries are already cold and it actually got a small fry in a large size container!! This place can’t get ANYTHING right. If I go there, I can about guarantee, something is going to be wrong.

absolutely disgusting. stopped to get food after a 12 hour shift at the hospital, got home and it’s completely raw. doesn’t even look like they tried to cook it. tried to get my money back and they said no refunds after 7pm????? i get off at 7pm so what am i supposed to do now?? this is absolutely disgusting the service was awful and rude too. don’t recommend. the store has went so down hill since the last 6 months or so.
