I prefer this McDonald’s even though I pass up multiple others because of it being one of the best locations I’ve been to. Plus, it is conveniently located by the highway exit and entrances. The workers here are usually very nice and it’s one of the few McDonald’s that actually have pretty consistent hot and fresh fries!

I ask for 2 sausage biscuits and every time they put egg mcmuffins in the wrappers or just completely don’t give me what i asked for. please take the time to look at what people ordered before giving them random stuff

I went through the drive-thru at 10:07pm on Friday, November 14th and the drive-thru was closed. The employees were sitting on the sidewalk. They told me that they now close at 10pm for Winter hours. The website doesn’t reflect this. I typically get very good service here and as I work 3rd shift, it’s a reguular stop for me. Very disappointed with this discrepancy.

They are popular with the breakfast crowd, 4 or more employees came in during a rush. Wait time was more than expected but orders were correct, no errors dining in. They still took food to tables and didnt cut on full service even though it was super stupid busy!

I have been noticing lately at this McDonald’s. If you up size your order they give you a large drink and med fry so I guess they are keeping the large container for the monopoly sticker .. very sus .. also called stealing.

It is 10:33 pm and the drive thru menus are powered off. Two cars ahead of us pulled to both windows and were ignored by employees inside. This location is open until 11pm. Zero stars trash

WORST McDonalds Location In Kentucky!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit this location there’s a problem. My last encounter took the cake! So first, I took the drive thru in hopes to have a decent lunch at least and after I place my order I was told to “pull up to drive one.” That’s not the bad part. So after pulling up to wait, at least five cars passed by with their orders with ease. (As I’m waiting I’m wondering what the waits about, I mean maybe I’m waiting on the chicken nuggets) (I ordered a chicken nugget meal and quarter pounder meal) so long story short I get my food and go home all the way in fort Thomas and my burger is undercooked! Not to mention both large fries were cold from the jump! I had to go all the way back to this location to be given a hard time about getting my money refund after the manager seeing this pink burger!!!! WORST McDonald’s moment ever and this location won’t be visited again and I wouldn’t suggest it!!!! 0 out of 10!!!

Try to get breakfast at drive thru occasionally. To say they served a quality breakfast would be a gross overstatement. Most of the time the English muffins are overcooked or so stale you can’t chew them. This morning the muffin was badly burnt I had to return to the restaurant to get meal replaced. TIME TO QUIT GOING TO THIS PLACE.
IT SEEMS TO ME THE MCDONALDS IN GENERAL IS SO CONCERNED WITH GETTING IT OUT FAST. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT QUALITY. NOTHING IS FRESH ANYMORE .
