Took my 1.5 year old here for lunch and he accidentally dropped his cheeseburger on the ground. Brent noticed and picked it up and offered to bring us another one. I appreciate the kindness for something that was our fault. Brent was also running around taking orders out like crazy. Very hardworking. Thank you for a great experience Brent!

Being asked to pull forward after ordering a snack wrap and a small fry and then waiting 30 mins while 3 separate people come out over the course of 30 minutes and ask you what you ordered only for you to get your food after you park and get after your car to walk in is a wild experience.

They’re usually good about their food but today they skimped out on me. Paid for extra bacon and this is what I got. Not even 3 strips on the sandwich itself s d just 1 slice when it comes with 2 half and you pay almost $3!!!!! Terrible. Pretty disappointed enough to make this a review. The sad part, they weren’t even busy.

I was waiting for my order 20 mins and every single order they handed to people in the drive thru it to go was wrong every single order has people finally feeling relief getting their order than looking totally pissed coming in with wrong BAGS of food that wasn’t theirs it was crazy. They definitely had enough crew to do the work it’s just they don’t care any more I don’t get it they didn’t ever greet you any more your food is messed up cold

Absolutely disgusting food and service. They pull you in the drive thru and make you pull to a spot and wait whether you order a large order or a a simple drink , you wait forever and the then the food is cold and soggy. Everyone is more worried about getting high on break than serving food at a decent pace. Please don’t waste your time and money at this location unless you like being told to pull to spot #3 for your small fry and drink and waiting 15

Will not be visiting this location again, labeled as 24 hours on their website, and open, while driving back on a long trip, needed a quick burger and they were closed for breakfast menu?
Since when does a 24-hour McDonald’s close for breakfast menu? For 30 minutes? And the closure is not listen on their Google posting, so time and gas wasted.
McDonald’s has fallen so far from what they used to be when I was a kid. You should be ashamed to wear the McDonald’s uniform! I can remember driving with my dad late and McDonald’s never closed, even for breakfast change over! Guess what they served?! Left over dinner which is what I was wanting to order tonight! Now you have lost another customer!

I am out here right now at two in the morning. No one was here before me. Now there’s about eight people here after me waiting for their food as well as I am still.
The big guy that works here at night makes everyone work less because he is less than everyone else there. Unless JJ is there at the first window nothing moves. Been sitting here for 15 minutes and I, nor anyone else has gotten their food. This location is one of the few locations in the area that is still 24/7 they know they will get customers throughout the night, why does big man have 2 other employees outside with him doing nothing? Fire this guy and this location will be just fine
