I ordered my burger with extra lettuce and tomato, for which I paid an additional charge. In other locations, they are generous when you pay for extras, but at this one, they barely added any. I also checked the reviews and saw that I’m not the only one with bad experiences. They should improve their service and respect what customers pay for.

I get it, it’s McDonald’s. Not a 5 star restaurant. But when you place a mobile order for a fast food place, you’d expect it to come out at a decent time. I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal in the app for curbside. Store was busy so I expected to wait a little. After sitting for 20 minutes, I go inside and ask about my order. The lady at the counter says that the pounders are “made to order” then gave me my order. Which it is what it is. Now tell me how it’s “made to order” and still came out cold? That takes skill to cook a cold burger

I’ve been visiting this location for almost 15 years, and within the past 6 months this place has gone from my first choice, to what is now the last place I’d choose to dine..
The food remains the same across the board. It’s hard to mess up a burger that cooks itself.
The staff walks around like a bunch of zombies, they look miserable. 6 months ago these same people had a smile everyday.
I’ve witnessed management not doing a thing but standing around giggling and cutting up, and then the same management, yells at the other employees for the same exact thing. What a wonderful atmosphere. No wonder every time I go through the drive thru, I’m waiting an extra 10 to 15 minutes for a bagel. The employees are probably just waiting for the whistle to blow. Whoever the proprietor of this establishment is needs to take a peek! The first thing you need to run a business is people!

Let me start by saying I understand this is such a busy area and bad days happen BUT every time I come to this McDonald’s I am waiting, 9 times out of 10 they always make me go wait at the numbers and I’ll sit for 10 mins or so. Normally I am not one to knit pick like I said everywhere has bad days but this is consistent, there is nothing FAST about this McDonald’s, I’ve come from the Aurora/Lawrencburg IN area and this was never an issue there. I’m not sure if additional help is needed or what but I really feel something needs to be looked at deeper at this location.
I also know everyone is working and trying there best here too I don’t doubt that but again maybe more help is needed

Sitting in the drive thru for a half hour……again! Isn’t this labeled as fast food? Maybe if y’all paid better you wouldn’t need to hire 12 yr olds to provide this crap service. There’s no way the boy that handed me my food is at least 16. He looked like he is about 10 at best. What is going on?! Also I only order on mobile apps anywhere I go to attain rewards…..that being said I placed this order miles down the road and still had to wait for them to finish preparing it. Makes zero sense.

I want to give the absolute highest praise to Gina at the Hebron McDonald’s. Her customer service goes above and beyond every single time. Gina treats every guest with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism, and she makes the entire experience feel welcoming and personal. She doesn’t just do her job—she brightens people’s day. Employees like Gina are rare, and she is truly an outstanding representative of McDonald’s. Because of her, I always look forward to visiting this location. Absolutely ridiculous I stop by McDonalds every morning this however is not the normal one I stop which I’ll never stop again I go thru drive thru order my bacon egg cheese biscuit extra bacon and 3 orders of bacon on the side I got 3 1/4 pieces which should be 6 half pieces go inside like I paid an extra 5 dollars for this they give me more and literally still is short this place acts like they pay for it any other McDonald’s take great care of me never less then what I should receive normally they hook me up but this one is an absolute rip off

Ordered an Oreo McFlurry via drive-thru. It had a giant gap, so it was not fully filled with ice cream (2-3/4 full) and consisted of just oreo crumbs on the top with straight vanilla ice cream on the bottom, what happened to the old McFlurries when they were FULLY MIXED?!!! Also, I paid over $4 for these little plastic boxes that contained 20% Oreo crumbs, where did their tall cups go? Those were better! I hope they certainly improve their McFlurries or I won’t be ordering them again!
