Picked up at drive through. Opened the bag when we got home and this is what we saw when we opened up one of our double cheeseburgers !! Someone took a bite out of it , wrapped it and then bagged it and gave it to us!! How completely disgusting and blatantly done was this!!! If whoever wrapped up these burgers aren’t fired then something is wrong. This is Sick. I will NEVER risk eating at ANY McDonald’s again! Waiting for a General Manager to call us. Hours later , and Nothing. No call. We went back to the location just minutes after we found this. The manager had no idea what to do. I felt sorry for Her. This if a sick individual and an obvious non caring GM.

I know this location pretty well because it’s right by my job, however, when I order some food off of Uber eats I figured it wouldn’t take long because they’re literally right down the street. No it took almost an hour to get my order which wasn’t entirely their fault but it would have been nice to have some hot food during a cold winter season. Now on I’m dealing with the one by Turfway.

I’ve had multiple drivers attempt to get my food they kept canceling. Until point location was actually closed. I called to see if there was a issue I was hung up on by the location I will be informing everyone I know do not order from this location. I ordered 50$ worth of food and my family didn’t eat because of lack of service, care, or professionalism. If you don’t have the staffing turn the online ordering tablet off!!!

Ordered in the app, give my code at speaker and told to pull ahead. Stop at payment window and after several minutes kid opens and asks if I need a receipt and when I say no he tells me to pull up like why am I waiting. Go to next window (1/2 pickup windows) and wait for multiple minutes. All the windows here have full graphic window clings so you cannot see in, this is really not great as you have no idea if anyone is in the other side. Car in front of me gets their food from second pickup window so after many minutes of sitting at this window and no one coming I go to the next one. Sit there for many minutes with no one coming, see someone lean out the last window and look ahead and see me, so I figure if I am at the wrong window he sees me now and will figure it out. Nope. Sit another multiple minutes and not a single person comes to the window, I was in this drive through for a good 10 minutes of waiting with no one checking in. Finally I get mad and park and go in and the manager comes over and I tell him I’ve been sitting there and no one came and he told me they gave my food to someone else and so we’re remaking it. He is a little apologetic. But I don’t get how multiple staff members can just see me sitting there, identify they gave my order to someone else, and do absolutely nothing. Need some more training from top to bottom.

When I ask for extra lettuce, it’s because I love it — not because I want two sad, wilted leaves tossed in. Seriously, and with the sauces spilling over like that, it feels like basic care in service is missing. Honestly, even dogs get treated better sometimes.

Worst food preparation in Florence Ky out of all the McDonald’s restaurants in Florence. These people can’t get the lettuce, meat or cheese on the sandwich, it looks like they have dropped it in the floor before they put it in the packaging. I have done surveys on the receipts and few times and nothing has changed so I’m figuring those surveys are a joke. The food is good but you have to remake every sandwich you buy. Then you get a little spot the size of a quarter or sauce on the sandwich and 1 pickle, 1 small tomato and that’s after you pay a enormous price for the deluxe sandwich. Im just tired of trying to use the convenience of the location and receiving something you can’t recognize when you open the box. Management here is nonexistent unless its one of those young teenagers walking around, you sur never see any Management walk into the drive thru area or the register area inside. I think they must stay out of sight so not to have to deal with complaints. I’ve complained a couple times to only get the girl waiting at the window then she’s gets rocky and angry because you complain. Oh well I’ll move on to maybe Burger King or Wendy’s for my quick fast food hunger. Good luck if you buy food here.

I don’t eat McDonald’s well i will their holiday pies but no meals! I will say their coffee hands down is the best for my taste so I’m at McDonald’s daily for coffee and their coffee is affordable with the app I basically only pay 1.05 for a large Carmel iced coffee with the app and sometimes free when I use my points today my point code wasn’t working in the drive thru I’m alittle strapped till pay day so wanted to use my points anyway it wasn’t reading it I don’t know if it was the app messing up or their system so I drove around and went in explained showed my app which is still acting as if I got to use the code it took my points but the ONE dude there Tanner he’s been here a while he is in my opinion the best employee there he like me couldn’t figure out what the app was doing so he comped my drink and didn’t charge me for the extra Carmel I always get so anyway he deserves recognition I’ve dealt with all local Mc Donald’s and struggled at times with good customer service so if I can take the time to write a bad experience I believe I should take the time also when it’s a good experience… Take notes employees of McDonald’s Tanners customer service and ability to find a solution is the goal to being successful .
