This location is usually pretty good. This morning the drive though guy could not get my order right. I had to go to the window and tell him 3 times until we got it. When giving my change he dropped it coming out the window onto the ground. He laughed and said it happens all the time. I looked down and there was at least $5.00 on the ground and it was only 8am. Finally get to the pickup window. Pulled out and looked in the bag and wrong order. This was the best location until a couple of weeks ago. Now it’s like the rest of them.

Great job my breakfast sandwich this morning was probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches i’ve got from mcdonald’s the steak, egg and cheese, bagel and I work about seven minutes away.And my food was high fresh.The big old steak was hanging off the sides.It was great in my hash.Brown was nice and crispy and salted great job guys.That’s what I expect from every mcdonald’s

My food was handed to someone else. But they still take this long?
Needs better management, as there are always issues with this place.
Guy tells me he will give me a credit, comes back 7 mins later, still no food.
They offered me a credit, great, but then thought I would leave and come back some other time. I still need my damn food for people who are waiting.
He looks at me like it was a foreign concept that I wanted my food still
Now, Just take them the drinks and let them drink that and its all good. Really?
The number of people who have been served while I have been waiting for 26 mins? Stop serving new people and serve those that are interested waiting spots. Not a hard concept.

Placed a huge mobile pick up order for my hungry family after a 12 hour shift at work. Upon arriving the restaurant claimed the order had not been paid for after being withdrawn from my bank account. As I’m trying to figure that out I watch a manager drop an entire Grinch box in the trash. Pick up the food out of the trash and proceed to hand it out the window. A different manager proceeds to ask us for assistance becomes hostile and rude saying I was just in the kitchen. Both managers return and demand proof of payment, wanna see our bank accounts… becomes belligerent yelling, screaming and threatened to call the police. I asked for both managers names. I was not given either managers name. However, as a General Manager of a restaurant this is appalling and I will NEVER eat at this restaurant ever again. Needs a serious make over in management and I want contacted by corporate

Ridiculous, I called 5 times to solve a simple mistake and couldn’t even pick up the phone I was excited for a new location but it’s worse than any other place I’ve been to this isn’t the first time somethinghappened, just the first time im saying something
Edit: went back after some time to try and see if it had gotten better but NOOOO not only waited 30 minutes for a 2 cheeseburger meal, a 2 patty burger, and had multiple people behind us getting their order. The service was Disgusting the people are beyond rude and the management is worse than the workers

Every time I come to this location, no matter what time they have to pull me up to a spot and bring the food out to me. I got a large Coke and a cheeseburger and I’ve been waiting over five minutes in a spot . Not fast food at all

First we waited like 25-30 mins after we ordered for our food. We asked for NO onions on our big Mac and they put enough for like 5 burgers. Fries was kinda cold. No one communicated with us. No greeting, no ever came up front. Ketchup all over floor. Lady gave us food and then when said we was missing something acted like it was a bother!!!

Worst McDonalds ever. This is our 3rd time here and each time, after being asked to pull into a drive- thru waiting spot, we’ve had to wait for a ling time for our order. Additionally, our orders are always missing something or just wrong. The workers are unfriendly and garbage is all over the ground be cause the trash cans haven’t been emptied. This time, our order was cold after waiting 11 minutes.

So I ordered a big Mac through the app and when I drove around to the window, she asked if I wanted a receipt I should’ve said yeah I get all the way home and realize my big Mac is missing a patty on top like how sway. I couldn’t take it back because I didn’t have a receipt. I understand this location is new and they’re still training so I’ma just have to wait about several months till they get it right.
