If I could rate each different shift I would. Breakfast here is ALWAYS good, accurate, and the employees are nice. I see the same people often and they do an amazing job. The second shift with lunch however is terrible. They often forget menu items or our food looks like it has been thrown and stomped on. I usually don’t care enough to leave a review but today I had an online order with plenty of time in advance to make it. The line was super long in the drive through with many cars having to park and wait. When I finally got my food everything was in rough shape. With how expensive fast food is becoming it’s a bit ridiculous that you are taking a gamble on your meal.

This new parking lot design sucks! It favors the drive thru customers even though this location has a playplace. There is one entrance to turn into and maybe 4 spots on the right as soon as you enter. After that what used to be parking is marked no parking but the lines are still there and people are still parking there. So basically once you turn into the parking lot you’re trapped! Very annoying. Not much parking when you make it through the drive thru line to the other side of the building either. Very strange that this location chooses to have a double drive thru line instead of parking while offering a playplace…The playplace is cool and the person who delivered our food to the table was very polite but parking was dumb. Not convenient. Also, there is no longer a drink station in the dining room so you have to wait at an abandoned counter for refills. Overall just a strange concept when you’re that close to 75 and can expect lots of travelers. Not sure how new or old this change is but better signage and flow is needed. Loved the sanitizing wipes in the play area.

This was a definite 5 star stop. I don’t usually give a fast food restaurant a 5 but they went above and beyond.
The staff was courteous and quick to respond. My daughter’s app was not responding and they even made sure her order was received and correct. We were a group of six with 4 different orders. Food was fresh and warm.
Dining area was clean, tables and floors, and welcoming.

I even spoke to the manager because the visit was so good- staff was so attentive. They delivered food to the tables quickly.
Ben at the register and Alex serving curb side and table orders – were YES “teenagers” who needed praised for their excellent work ethic. Polite!
Parking is a bit challenging but plenty of parking is available in the back of the restaurant.

I just watched how they treated my fellow African Americans ,the young lady came in so respectful and polite. Even helped my mother out the car. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but I over heard the conversation and wowwwww I’ll never be back. I can tell she just wanted answers and they were so rude to her. I watched that girl cry. That’s not right. She asked for their hr number and the guy slammed his hand on the number on wall and continued walking.

Please never order from this McDonalds. I ordered door dash TWICE and both times they gave me a hamburger patty and onions on a McGriddle. Truly disgusting place, wouldnt eat there if I was starving.

We were on a trip heading south on I-71 in Kentucky and stopped at two different McDonald’s. One was great, one was crappy, this was a crappy one. They had trouble filling our order of iced tea, were very slow, and while we were standing there several other people came back to try to get their orders corrected. Everything was extremely slow, and I think they attempted to ignore anyone who walked up to the front counter. Here’s the thing about these McDonald’s. They are very busy. They make a ton of money. Why not have two or three more people on the line everyday? Have a dedicated person at the front counter. They might like that kiosk but we hate it. This McDonald’s does not have a self-serve drink station so you’re going to wait in line if you just want a drink and you are going to wait if you want a refill. The only unusual and maybe good thing about this McDonald’s is it still has its Playland, and also it’s a right hand turn with traffic when exiting the property to get back to the freeway. That is also nice.

The quality of this location has plummeted in the past ~1 or 2 months. They must have new people working there, because the old staff was fantastic. This store frequently forgets items now, does not include sauces when asked for, and they don’t even have the Monopoly promotional stuff half the time while the promotion is running. Last night I ordered a bacon quarter pounder meal and received a quarter pounder with no bacon, the fries container halfway full, and no Monopoly pieces anywhere in sight. On top of that, they will just randomly decide to lock the doors to the inside at like 8 or 9 PM. Very disappointed, this location used to be solid.

you might get this really rude guy at the speaker who will trll you the meal you always order “doesnt exist” and will slam the window shut. but other than that its a normal mcdonalds.

Thanks for putting lettuce on my food and seasoning after I requested not to. I truly appreciate it. I think after yall put me on wait yall would have gotten it right. This is why I been going to Burger King or Wendy’s. Never had an issue with either one of those 2. I’d bring it back but I am on lunch.
