The employees were very rude we ate in and I have a one and a half year old and I had out him some fries on a napkin and he accidently knocked the napkin off the table with some fries on it and they went in the floor well I hadn’t picked them up yet I was gonna wait until we were through eating and one of the workers walked by and seen the mess under the table and she blew and shook her head and rolled her eyes. The man that took our order he was not friendly but he wasn’t rude neither and he talked very low me and my mom had a very hard time trying to hear and understand what he was asking/saying and they don’t have a place to get napkins from and it’s very small inside which is understandable because it’s connected with a gas station but on a good note the bathrooms were clean. They also couldn’t find packs of mayo anywhere and I asked 2 different people the last person I asked she just walked away and went back and started standing at the window in the drive through. So my advice if you have a choice of going somewhere else I would definitely advise you to do so. Thanks I hope this helps you chose the right place to eat.

One of the employees was very disrespectful to my children and my wife outside of my presence while I was in the bathroom. An the same employee told my wife that she couldn’t have her service animal. One heck of an way to treat an Veterans family. We did not eat went to dairy queen down the road. And dairy queen is friendly and accepting of service animals of US Vets.

I wish I could give negative stars. Long story short. We paid for our food. Left with none. The manager didn’t believe us that we never received our food. So instead of fixing the problem she went to look at security footage. We waited for over a half hour with a toddler on the road. Now we’re still all hungry. Terrible service.

This McDonald’s 9 times out of 10 gets your order wrong. They can label their food as what you ordered but the sandwich inside will be incorrect. Their fries are either burnt or not fully cooked half the time. If you do curbside pick up you will sit outside waiting for over 20 mins with no one bringing your order so you still have to go in to get it yourself.

Order a Big Mac with extra pickles, the top patty was cold and squashed until paper thin and dry, it was so thin it had holes in it and it looked see thru. It didn’t even taste like a Big Mac and had to wait 20mins on a 10 piece nugget to go with the 40 piece nugget I ordered, this has to be the worst McDonald’s in Corbin hands down

Horrible service. I waited for my food for 30 minutes just to get cold disgusting food. Went back in to get something fresh and the lady at the register refused to help me and refused to get her manager. Absolutely ridiculous and hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Literally go anywhere else.

Burger uncooked, didn’t even know this was possible at a McDonald’s. Literally raw! Fries disgusting cold and old; even though I watched them just take fresh fries out. Used the mobile app and still took just as long as if I would of walked upto the counter. Place was dirty, servicers are not clean or friendly. They had 2 guest on computers, one man and a kid and at least 3 staff members on duty. THANK FOR THE WORST FOOD I EVER HAD FROM MCDONALD’S. One bite and in the trash.

McDonalds is terrible here – one of a series of really negative experiences I have had in this part of the country (no surprise given Kentucky’s bad reputation for delinquency).
