As a student at the University of Kentucky, I attend this place a lot as it is very close by. The food is always delicious and there have only been about one or two times where they got my order wrong. But I will say the reason I didn’t give them five stars is because they say they are open 24 hours but they are NOT. They’re only open until around 11 and sometimes they start closing around 9. I placed a mobile order the other day at 9, so still with two hours to go until they closed (even though they claim to be a 24 hour restaurant), and the doors were locked. I was really upset because they had already taken my money and then when I get there like ten minutes after ordering, they were locked. Luckily they saw me outside and let me inside, but I still thought that was ridiculous. Some of us have class and work until super late and only have time to go in the later hours of the day, so seeing it claim to be open 24 hours but then actually not is really cruel in my opinion.

Came in there to pick up an Uber order. The chubby white girl with classes a little before 5:30 was walking behind the counter. I said “excuse me what’s the code to your bathroom” in the nastiest tone I’ve ever received in my life she hit me with “I’m on break” nasty just nasty. I’ve worked in the service industry for 14 years and I’ve never seen someone act so nasty in my entire life. I will be calling corporate until something is done about this. You don’t treat customers like that.

I understand letting people sit inside when it’s freezing i don’t want to see anyone homeless and cold, but this is the 3rd time I’ve went to this location and each time as im ordering someone who’s just sitting inside comes up and ask if I can give them 10 dollars or if I can get them something to eat. Again I might get a bunch of backlash for this and I don’t want to see anyone suffer but I feel like they should keep a better eye out and make sure that the customers that are coming in to order food aren’t getting asked to get someone something

Warning to all parents including parents of young adults attending UK! This evening Friday December 12th 2025 my 18 yr old daughter was ordering food inside at the kiosk when another customer a male who was sitting near by was acting strange and saying inappropriate things to my daughter in a low voice while she was ordering. She immediately spoke with the manager explaining the situation and the creepy things he said to her. The manager said he was a paying customer and she wasn’t going to do or say anything and if she felt uncomfortable she can leave. My daughter scared, called us to explain what happened. We teach our kids to not become victims to these kind of sick people in the world and to say something if something isn’t right. She did speak up and the manager didn’t even go and speak to the guy and tell him to leave her alone or leave the store. This manager needs a hard lesson about watching out for the safety of her customers especially a young girl who is by herself and scared because some sick person was acting and saying nasty and inappropriate things to her. These are situations anyone should not take lightly. Never know if you could have saved someone’s life just by confronting situations like this instead of being passive. Shame on this manager and seriously hope her superiors take this situation a bit more seriously than their manager did.

I don’t like going to this location due to the amount of times they’ve forgotten to put my full meal that I paid for in my bag. Nuggets, Burgers, Apple Pies. Like I understand once or twice but 4/5 times I get food my order is messed up then the workers will get attitudinal when you want it fixed. If you want the food you paid for then go to another location!

Went through the drive thru. No confusion, not rushed or interrupted.. total given at speaker. By time I pulled around paid, my food came straight out the window.. everything was hot and fresh.. Will definitely be back

I went in to get a order and they said the lady doesn’t speak English so they gave her the excuse that she was allowed to ignore me as I sit at the COUNTER. Then the manager said I’m sorry that you feel that way I said no this is customer service and if you don’t know English you should speak English and where’s your social security ♦️

Went to this location a little after 12am on a Monday & the screens were turned off despite me seeing someone in the drive thru window. I pulled up to ask if they were open & they said only if you’re over ears or door dash. And the guy at the window was very rude about it. When did they start doing this??
