I don’t particularly love McDonald’s in the 1st place, and it’s possible that today’s experience is why. The service was good, and the food was as good as it can be. It was the preparation of the food that’s an issue. It’s fast food, I understand, have worked it plenty myself. However, just bc a place is busy, doesn’t mean the sandwich (or anything else) should be served as if it weren’t even glanced at by the person making it. A burger with cheese should have cheese on the whole thing, not half with the other half laying over the side with the mayo I requested! They definitely need to step up their game. Maybe the guys on the other end of town do a better job?

Just don’t. It is busy but the staff can’t handle it. I waited 15 minutes for my lunch. My dine in order was in a take out bag with the table number on it. If I hadn’t gotten tired of waiting for it and gone to ask where my food was, I never would have gotten it. They didn’t have my drink ready with my food either. I wasn’t the only customer with problems. There were 2 others while I was waiting up front to talk to someone, and another guy who was cursing out the staff when I went to request that they make my order correctly. I’ll never stop here again.

Service is always slow. You’ll get what you ordered, but it takes forever. I sat for 20 minutes waiting on my 2 sausage and egg McMuffin, 1 biscuit and gravy, 2 iced coffee, and an OJ.

Walked in and about 10 employees were just hanging out talking. Finally ordered and went to get our drinks, Fanta was flat and Coke was clear. Took 15 minutes to get our order. My fries were the only decent part of my meal. Bun and burger were overcooked. Told employee about fountain machine and he said he’d fix it. Never did. Food crumbs, spilled drinks and flies everywhere. The employees could have been cleaning instead of just standing around.

Unprofessional especially the manager she ignored a lot of people waiting in the lobby that she was too concerned about drive thru. The kitchen is very dirty trash everywhere. Workers not wanting to do their job which is why food does not come out faster. There was a coworker walking around drinking a frappe not making anything and going to the kitchen to goof off. I was traveling through and this was one of the worst McDonald’s I was at. One guy took care of hospitality and tried to take orders and help others get their missing items. One person did that while the rest stand around.

They do a great job of moving the line and serving fresh food in the morning. unfortunately if I choose to eat lunch or dinner. the wait and quality leaves alot to be desired. Admittedly I don’t eat here alot so I hope other peoples experience is different as the are always busy

Absolutely the worst McDonalds in Richmond. There can’t be a manager working at this store. Multiple times it takes 10-20 minutes to get an order. They never send people to the Drive Thru spots to take their order out so they can help other customers. We are currently waiting in line. It’s been 20 minutes. Four cars were in front of us. We ordered coffee and a soda. The window cashier literally walked away and we haven’t seen another person come near the window. Cars are backed up behind us and are driving off. Finally received our drinks at 25 minutes. We sat AT THE ORDER WINDOW for 15 minutes while employees stood around and did nothing but talk to each other. You have been warned.

We ordered dine in, and had the table service tents. But they put our food in to go bags. They didn’t bring the food to the table. Normally I wouldn’t have a problem with this, but they didn’t say they weren’t delivering it to tables.

No manager of duty I’m guessing. The place was dirty, the staff were cutting up and goofing off, which would have been fine if the food wasn’t totally messed up. The chicken nuggets were old, smelled like peanut butter. The Big Mac had ketchup and mayo instead of Mac sauce. The fries were cold and the caramel iced coffee was watery and tasteless like it was made for someone hours before and they just put in some fresh ice. Not going back to this McDonald’s ever.
