please, for the love of breakfast stop pouring a gallon of water into the oatmeal. Every time I order oatmeal from here it’s always a soupy mess even after letting it sit. Why is there not a marker on the container for employees to fill to?

I’ve called multiple times with no success of someone answering! I ordered through door dash, and the “French vanilla iced coffee” taste like straight coffee no flavor! The food was no hot and the driver got there waited for the order and waited atleast about 10 minutes to get my order, my food should have been hot! This McDonald’s is a disappointment specially morning shift! Anytime after 5pm the food is a lot better! And actually hot! But morning shift needs to get it together! Stop sending dashers with cold food!
As a dasher myself I’ve noticed morning shift is slow, they half the time be talking and not working, they stand around, and nothing really gets done and food gets cold! The only thing that was hot was the strawberry cremè pie. The rest was cold!
I understand it’s busy sometimes in the morning but food shouldn’t be that cold specially when delivering within 3 minutes away!

You have a small city with 3 McDonald and using the app you order at the wrong place your out of luck. Manager was like you need to go to the other location and get your order. You have a great app but 3 places on the same road owned by the same company. You would think that you would have some kind of procedure to handle this. Yes I paid twice for my food so I didn’t have to drive 15 min to get cold food.

This review was about the crazy line in the drive thru and the terrible and rude employees that kicked me, my daughter and her friend out of the lobby claiming it was closed after an employee let us in!!! The store had at least 5-8 people & it’s our turn in line and we’re kicked out then the drive thru line wrapped the building down to Kroger gas.. how the heck am I gonna spend over 10 mins in the lobby, no food. Then 30-45 mins in the drive thru… we had to get outta line and drive to a different store.. it’s constantly bs at this McDonald’s and it doesn’t matter how you want to approach it. My first review wasn’t the greatest and I hate that. But this is a constant problem, spending over an hour and 30 mins outside McDonald’s @9:30 pm for a 14.00 meal is a no go.. and watching the employees sit on paint buckets and stand next to the trash bin they roll out taking a smoke while 18 cars and counting wrap around the building AND THEY NOT MOVING! It’s amazing to me the amount of times they’ve showed that the customer isn’t regarded as first and have never been right in any kinda situation where they were WRONG. Hate this but ion have a choice ♂️

They did not check my order and left out my hash brown. Already paid $7.95 for a meal just to have a third of it not in the bag. That coupled with the fact the sandwich was partially out of the wrapper when I reached in the bag just to grab the top half of the muffin was not a great experience in the making. I get things happen but it is that window persons job to ensure that the order is complete and in the bag and not thrown in and half unwrapped. It was slow and there was no reason to not double check. That being said once I put the muffin back together, it and the coffee were good.

I usually like going to McDonalds for a breakfast sandwich in the morning about 3 times a month. This morning was different. The drive through line was crazy as usual, and inside was a little busy but not too busy.
My husband and I walked up to have our order taken and we knew we would have to wait until someone could come up and take it. WE DO NOT LIKE THE KIOSK. We want the personal experience with people. The manager for the morning shift would not take our order. She told the gal that would have taken our order that we would have to go to the kiosk to place an order. We went somewhere else to have breakfast this morning.

“Open 24 hours” but the doors were locked at 11:00 and only one drive thru was avaliable. If you get food in the drive thru its always cold. “Use this link.” or “Contact us here.” Yet nothing changes. Didn’t get any food after my 9 hr shift bc people are lazy.

I ordered the mcdouble meal without cheese, without onions, without pickles. 1st time it had onions on it, 2nd time it had cheese on it, 3rd time it was right but thrown together sloppy. Wrapped inside out with grease all and ketchup all over the wrapper and bun. I really wish the workers would simply READ for special instructions.
