Stopped here and had a really solid experience. The food came out hot and fresh, just how you want it, and the staff was friendly and efficient at the counter. The dining area was clean, tables wiped down, and everything looked well kept. The bathrooms really stood out, very clean, and maintained throughout the day, which makes a big difference whether you’re traveling or just stopping in for a quick bite. The only small downside was that the entrance and exit were a little confusing if you’re not familiar with the area, but once you figure it out, it’s no big deal. Overall, it was a smooth visit, and I’d definitely come back to this location again.

Nice clean Restrooms, fast delivery, food fresh and hot. Had table service, but they did not bring it to my table, they called my table service number had to pick up at counter and food was in bag instead of on tray, when I said dine in. You have to get refills at counter. All but one of the order kiosks were out of order.

I went through McDonald’s and the wait took longer than an insurance payout because the girl at the exit window was standing there texting while I was waiting to pay. On top of that, they didn’t give me any sauce for my nuggets or even ask if I wanted any. Food was fine, but the service definitely needs improvement.

This was the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to! Always has the food that outdoes any other restraunt ive ever been to. I even got a complement by a wonderful employee. This place will always have hot and ready food as soon as you order! I recommend coming here in person just to experience the wonderful customer service.

Good luck getting exactly what you order at the drive-thru. Then, if you go back and complain, you’re met with lame excuses; we have new people, we’re working short, we’re slammed, etc. and I’ve been told this on more than one occasion.
This morning there were two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, and the dining area was closed for maintenance. They were far from being busy. One item was missing, and the other was close to being inedible. McMuffins should not be hard enough to drive nails with. I have worked fast food many decades ago in my younger years, and all it takes is attention to detail, people!

I used the mobile app and got food around 10pm tonight for my fiancé and I and they gave me 2 of the 4 sandwiches raw and without the bacon that comes on them. Service has declined drastically, 0/10 won’t return to this location.

This is sadly another McDonald’s that should be shut down.
This is NOT a case of not enough staff as they had staff ALL over the kitchen area, etc.
The problem was that they were pretty much all towards the back. I saw twice as many different faces than total people we see at other better ran McDonald’s so certainly not a number of employees issue.
The dining room had two tables that were semi clean but had not been cleaned as they too had some scraps on them, just no ketchup, etc.
We entered and really should have known then to just leave, but we skipped eating in Somerset, and our girls were extremely hungry.
It took a while hanging out at the register to get someone to take our order. Finally, a girl came from the back and took it. She gave us cups, and we then noticed there was no sweet tea, only a regular tea coveredin plastic. I asked, and she let us know someone would bring it up. We waited about 5 mins and nothing, I mentioned it again when she passed by, and she repeated the same answer. I finally had to ask if maybe she could just get us some tea, which she did.
Food took around 10 mins to come out. The buns were flattened and very, very hard like they had been under heat lamps for hours. My wife’s burger was wrong and she had to have it redone, she also realized she didn’t get rung up for a combo and then was rang again at separate prices vs what it would have been for the combo.
In the meantime , I went to the restroom. I was honestly concerned about catching something from using it. The urinal wasn’t just dirty but stained from what one would assume is days and weeks of not being cleaned. It killed me thinking those who made food wash their hands in that restroom.
We gnawed our way through our stale dried burgers/buns and left.
We couldn’t get napkins, condiments, etc. They NEVER brought out tea, and all was sparse in the area where napkins, condiments, etc. would be.
I’m amazed none of us got sick. I’m hoping no hep etc as it really was that bad. We should have left, but we’re tired and defeated from a long day.
I know Mt Vernon and Rock Rockcastle is better than this. It is embarrassing to think people from other counties and states pass through there and think that’s how Kentuckians are ….

The employees are very rude, busted a whole drink on my boyfriend while handing it through the window because the dude tried to hand it so quickly and wasn’t even looking and ended up drenching him from head to toe. Ruined car seats and all.

Bathroom stall door slams really loud. Almost gunshot loud. My ears are not hearing as well after going to the bathroom here, like the same feeling as when you go to a concert with no earplugs. Do not let the door slam if you go to the bathroom here. I can’t overstate how loud it is.
