I want to give a big shout out to the gentleman that was working tonight. I didn’t get his name but he wears a beanie, this was dine in. My mother drove a hour to come see me and us have dinner together. My mother does not drink pop and loves McDonald’s sweet tea. I ask the first guy at the register to get her the tea and he said they had no tea. Very strange, but mom dealt with it. Before we left I was like maybe they have some now and I went to ask again. The guy with the beanie was very nice. Explained sometimes they run out but he would check for me. I went outside to ask my mom if she still wanted the tea and I assume a manager was in the car smoking a cigarette by my moms and she spoke up assuming she heard me talking and she said they have no tea. Surprisingly the guy with the beanie came out and said they didn’t have sweet tea but had just enough unsweet left in the barrel of unsweetened and they had sugar packets I was like yes I’ll take it! This is what customer service is, and i appreciate his effort. I mean we got a number and was seated and they did not bring our food to us either but when a bus of kids came in they brought food to the table in the back that had a number also. On top of the fact yesterday I had a mobile order with a plain ice cream in a cup and was told at the speaker they had no ice cream and could do cookies. Then I get to the second window and nothing was said and an ice cream in a cup was given to me. What sense. But total should out to the one employee that went above and beyond. I have been a manager for 7 years at another location and this is what a good employee is and he deserves a raise.

The inside is really nice. It also has a very nice exterior, the entire building looks new honestly. I came in early in the morning, I was literally doing my first DoorDash ever and one of their workers, not sure if he was part of the front staff or kitchen or both but it was a black dude and he was incredibly helpful. He literally took the time to help me figure out what I needed to do for DoorDash. No attitude, no extra nonsense whatsoever. Just pure helpful.
For anybody else doing DoorDash in Versailles be aware of it you basically want to make your home base around this McDonald’s.
Most of the orders that I’ve gotten from around 7:30am to 11:00am, have been from this McDonald’s, from the Starbucks that’s super close by, and just a tiny bit further is the Wendy’s…. and that’s literally everything I delivered… Most of the other prime food options are also in the same quarter mile radius.
Even if somebody had ordered something else it would have still been within earshot of the McDonald’s. McDonald’s home base for the win.
I didn’t get your name helpful McDonald’s dude but thank you again very much for that tiny leg up you gave me this morning. It’s a small things that mean a lot….. Just in case his boss sees this He’s the dude with the braids or dreads sorry I didn’t catch his name but he had cool hair lol

What a refreshing atmosphere Versailles has a warm, gentle feel about it. The McDonald’s is full smiles with excellent service. I had a sausage cheese biscuit and one of their great cokes that was delightful. I did fill it up on my own, which I don’t like to do, but that’s the way things go these days the most impressive thing was it excellent Customer Service Not one employee was not having direct eye contact, and smiling. What a refreshing thing.

This place is incredible they are fast and most of the time friendly… I don’t know how they live as many people thru here as they do, it is kinda impressive to see. I bet this location does a ton a business. Either way good job guys!

Ordered a quarter pounder and got home, bit into it and the inside is completely raw. This is now the SECOND time ordering the same thing within 2 weeks and both have been completely inedible . Absolutely disgusting. A sandwich isn’t worth getting sick. Save your money or go elsewhere.

Fix yalls app, I ordered breakfast AT breakfast time and when I got to the drive through, they said they couldnt serve it and would have to cancel the order. While I do understand breakfast ends at a certain time, yall saw the order when it popped up and yall had breakfast items. When did you guys stop making orders when you see them and yes I still paid, but if yall cant give a person in the drive thru their order despite them placing the order before breakfast ends and getting to the line, thats on yall. Either make the food when the order pops up or dont make ordering 30 minutes before breakfast an option. 20 bucks wasted bc yall were too lazy….

The staff here is very friendly however I continually get incorrect orders. This morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and was given what I thought was a sausage egg and cheese. Turned out it was a cheeseburger with onions, egg on a m griddle. How?

After not eating much McDonalds for a few years i started eating it at this location (mainly through delivery) a few months ago. The delivery packaging looks nice & neat when i receive it and more order is usually good & right, plus the ice cream/milkshake machine has been working more often than i expected. They usually forget smaller things like ketchup packets, napkins or a straw (which luckily i usually have those items at home), but one time they forgot one of my large fries & my holiday pie.
