My wife ordered a coffee. She had to go park and go inside and ask for sugar and napkins. The condiments were all empty as well as the station with creamer, sugar and coffee additives. The night staff were rude to her and incompetent bc they gave her one pkg of sugar for her coffee. Furthermore, they gypped our four & five year old out of items in their Happy Meals…making them “Crappy Meals,” our unhappy oldest said. I paid for three Apple Pies and was only given two. The staff were immature and joking and playing the whole time, leaving customers untended and dissatisfied and frustrated. We ate our food in the parking lot once we managed to go back in several times to request the missing food, condiments, and napkins. When held accountable they smirked and looked and snickered at the lousy job they’re doing, and seemed nonplussed. Ive gone to McDonald’s for 45 years, and I’ve never been so stressed out and disappointed in the service.
The restroom for my wife was left filthy and broken, the toilets were clogged and unuseable, overflowing. That place needs new employees that have some integrity, respect, and desire to do their assigned tasks, and an inspection by the Health Department. If they were my employees they wouldn’t be [having playtime and recreation] working there tomorrow or ever again. Several teammembers and a manager were being loud and disrespectful to, or about a female coworker, telling her she should just quit, and cursing about her and being vulgar about her. It was an awful experience.

Honestly, all McDonald’s are the same however, this McDonald’s has some of the kindest people working the drive-through windows. This morning I was stressed and stopped to get a quick bite and two of the sweetest young gentlemen were working each window and it absolutely changed the trajectory of my day.

This worker told me to be quiet I was whispering to then I asked for a cup and this worker gave me an attitude and I said please McDonalds you on the edge this time yall took to long with my food I hope I have a better experience next time

Fairly friendly workers, fast drive thru, food is never wrong when we’ve ordered. They are very attentive for door dashers as well. Some managers are questionable though, I’ve seen some childish behavior in the kitchen when waiting for DoorDash orders. Overall well run though.

They had a little bit of a line so there was a wait. but what I was disappointed about was that I ordered extra ketchup extra mustard and cheese on the burger and none of those things happened. Even though I was charged for the piece of cheese it was not on my burger.

Was in a rush when we stopped by McDonald’s in Paris. Ordered the Quarter Pounder with cheese. Should have read …Quarter Pounder with ONIONS!! Way too many onion. Falling out all over with every bite. My husband had the fish sandwich. Fish sandwich was good. NO napkins!!

Food was fresh. We went in and ordered on the kiosk, so there was no wait to order. Bathroom floors were slick like they may have cleaned the kitchen floor and used the same greasy water in the bathroom. The only food complaint is with my caramel macchiato. The cup was only about 3/4 full and didn’t taste like any I’ve had in the past. It tasted like black coffee. Since the food was fine, I gave it a 4.

The food was good and the order was completed as quick as they could because they were super busy! The gentleman that served me my food over the counter was super kind and friendly and he looked like he was doing a lot of things all at once! I feel like the staff there was attentive and working hard!
