Place dirty! Trash all over the floor while employees were talking trash about customers in ear shot. Customer service at this store on 3rd shift needs to be restrained at the least at the most FIRED. It is not the customers responsibility to try to figure out why a FAST food order is taking 10 minutes while employees are just pacing around. A proper way to do things is for the employee to let the customer know “Sorry for the wait, but we are currently waiting on fresh whatever whatever is coming up.” Simple and polite. The way proper customer service should be. Well that’s the way it was when I was managing a fast food restaurant.

Well the food was good.. but here’s my issue. Shift trainer was on duty.. did the trash right? No issue. Sitting next to it i could see MOLDY fries behind the trash. Granted, seeing anything mold at McDonald’s is shocking but good.. but still. And you can tell it had been there a hot minute. Black splotchy molds.. like comeon now..

Food came out fast but all wrong and ice cold especially the fries. Didn’t make the mc doubles the way I requested on the app so what’s the point of offering the customizations. Half a dang pattie and a moldy looking bun. Plus they were just thrown in the bag poorly wrapped. Idk what’s that white stuff on the bun but I can’t even eat my meal. My husband ordered a mc crispy no pickles and they still put the pickles. Even if you just pick them off it leaves pickles juice/flavor on the bun. Neither of us enjoyed our food. No sauce in the bag for the 20 nuggets ordered and when I asked he handed me one single sauce. Large order all shoved into one single bag. Not much good to say about this location other than the food came fast.

Fries were fresh and cooked crispy hard and the nuggets were stale. Didnt feel like fighting people for wut i deserve tho. This is why i usually dont eat out. The robots are coming for your jobs though thank god.

I’m going to start off with this. This is definitely not the type of review I like to leave.
Today, my fiance decided to surprise me with lunch. A daily double has lettuce tomatoe onion, I basically recieved an onion sandwich with a dash of lettuce and tomato, and mayonaise sprinkled with meat.
This wouldn’t have been a big deal because I could have just taken the ridiculous amount of onion off.
But his entire customer service experience was absolutely unprofessional.
He had to split his order up because the Csr refused to do a split payment on 2 cards, and gave a very nasty response when asked if it was ok to do a split payment between 2 cards, and was upset because he didn’t have the amount on just cards.
This again would not have been a problem if her attitude wasn’t atrocious. His entire experience was horrendous. I’m not even asking for a replacement just that these issues are dealt with. And this is brought to management’s attention. This is not the first time we have had an issue of missing items.
I will not recommend this location to friends ans family members in the future.
Update : it is now 3 days later, and my Gerd started up (which is a serious stomach acid issue and can cause even more issues) stomach it is now 3 days later, my medication for my stomach isn’t working and I have puked for 3 days because of this.

I really wanted to review this particular McDonald’s because the food was fresh, the staff was friendly and they really ran a finely oiled operation. I only say this since this is not the norm for McDonald’s these days. Long story short, this is a good McDonald’s right off the exit.

The night shift manager is terrible… the guy me anyways. I literally told him my fries was cold when I went inside to get my food at the counter and he just looks at me and walks away. The chicken nuggets and the chicken period is always stale… my air fryer does better than the workers. Very upsetting because people pay for it. Big disappointment hear. The mornings are usually a hit or miss on getting the orders right or fresh food. There’s a younger guy who works at the frint drive through.. he’s very sweet. Very polite and needs a raise or needs to be in management. !
