Went through the drive through and ordered a quarter pounder plain with no cheese (lactose intolerant) and the lady even clarified “no cheese? just meat and bun?” to which i said yes. i waited, got all the way home, and sure enough it had 2 slices of cheese even though the box said no cheese. i decided to drive all the way back and the staff inside seemed clueless. back by the kitchen there was a younger man trying to teach an older lady something in spanish and when the guy running the fries finally saw me and took it over to them it was like a 5 mjnute conversation before the cook peeked through and also started speaking spanish. 10 minutes after i walked in i was finally given the correct sandwich and they guy said “you wanna check it again”. very rude staff. very bad service. im sick of these “mctribe” chains. they employ people with no training, they never clean their facilities, and they never change.

This was the worst good I have ever gotten at a McDonald’s. I ordered a kids meal for portion control, the cheeseburger was luke warm and had so much salt and pepper in it a child could not have ate it. The french fries were cold, it was 330pm and I had to wait and they seemed very busy so i do not understand why they would give cold fries unless they assumed a child wouldn’t complain. And this was the first time I was up charged for chocolate added to an iced coffee, the upcharge might be new or just a locale thing but 60 cents for added chocolate that you couldn’t even taste us absurd. The human who walked the food out to me was very pleasant.

The food was not bad. It was pretty on par for McDonald’s. However the person I was with and myself put in a mobile order for the drive through. They had our order at the menu speaker and also at the first window but somehow between the 1st & 2nd window our order was lost. It no longer showed up on their screen and they had no idea who we were or what we wanted. We proceeded to repeat our order when asked (about 8 times) and they finally remade it. I get it. Sometimes things happen especially with multiple people preparing the same thing. Idk if this was a one time deal or something they have issues with. Just a heads up.

Have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO TANNER!!! He brought my daughter and I food to the car. He was extremely kind and complimentary to both of us. It’s easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of your job, but he took the time to engage with us and ask about our day, speak positivity, and was not required to do so. Tanner I hope you always keep your kind amazing spirit, that will get you very far in life!! Give this kid a raise, you are blessed to have him as part of your team!!♥️

I live in the houses behind the McDonalds and every time I go through no matter how slow we get horrible service. Today went through to get two happy meals for my boys and there was no nuggets in the boxes, fries are upside down in the box and are cold. Anytime I say something at the window no matter how nice I am I’m meet with eye rolls and attitude.
I get that this job can be frustrating, I’ve worked in fast food for my whole life but there comes a point where it’s not the customer that’s the issue. I’m so tired of waiting my time and money coming here, and sadly have to tell my boys we won’t be going back again.

On Thursday, Oct 11 at 7pm…..I went inside to order a caramel frappe. Waited about 5-7 minutes for someone to take my order. At least 3 employees walked past me, not one told me that I HAVE to use the kiosk to place my order. After I finally got my 1 frappe order placed (at this point, I had been there 10-12 minutes), I waited and waited and waited for my order. I finally asked if my order had been lost. A lady said, “I’m working on it now”. I honestly do not think anyone was or would have been “working on” my order. I was there a total for 25-30 minutes. I would understand if they were swamped with customers, but it was just me and 1 other customer inside, he also had to ask about his order. They were definitely not short staffed. From my observation…..It seemed they only cared about the drive thru orders. I usually go thru the drive thru, where I’m in and out in less than 5 minutes. Life lesson #968….never go inside to order again!

I’ve lived near this location for over 2 years, I don’t think I’ve ever been there and not been asked to pull forward, no matter if there’s 10 cars ahead of me, or I’m the only one and the wait is anywhere between 10-20 minutes typically. Service is consistently the worst of any McDonald’s in the state. And even after being asked to pull forward every single time, the order is only correct about half the time. This place is genuinely awful, as are most McTribe locations. Avoid if possible

Espresso machines are broke down twice a week and now the sensor is out on the outer drive thru so u sit there 5 min before anyone takes ur order. Been like that a week now.

I went to this McDonald’s and spent $50 between drinks/meals for my family. The order was messed up. I tried to call several times and no one ever answered the phone. HORRIBLE customer service.
