Got in line w no one at the sign to order and waited 5 minutes before someone said anything, got 2 drinks and a fry and were made to pull up and wait almost 10 minutes for fries. We had asked for sauce and it was not in the bag so we asked for them to grab that for us and they were very annoyed and went in but never came back out with the sauce

It’s in a quarter pounder with cheese box with the right sticker but that’s not not what is inside the box. I should have checked before I drove off (because I’m not driving back in the snow) but I assumed it was correct based on outward appearance. Disappointed.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this McDonalds. The food comes out hot and fast. The dining room is always clean. But more important, the ladies bathroom is always clean.

Manager hiding in the back from responsibility wouldn’t come up front to help fix our order when the lady called for him. unorganized wait time to long got my order wrong and charged me for something extra I didn’t ask for. Front counter need to check they tone when they talk to people there was alot of unhappy customers corporate needs to pay a visit asap

Any time I order anything from here, they take almost 15 minutes on average on a counter pickup order that’s 1 or two items. I ordered a fry and a cup for a soda and i had several people order and leave without being helped to the point I had to demand my stuff. Isn’t the point of a mobile app to make it so I dont have to talk to you to place the order? Why do I have to check in on the app if you won’t make the order until I complain?

I would give 0 stars if it was an option! I did a mobile order and had a HORRIBLE experience. They handed me the wrong order at the window, pulled me up to wait saying “they were waiting for fries” and then sent someone to my car saying they did not know what my order was!!! so ridiculous!!!!

Went through the drive thru and had to park and wait for our order.After over 20 minutes of waiting for two sandwiches and one order of fries I went in to check on the order.After waiting for over 5 minutes for someone to talk to me..I had to ask the guy taking orders outside about my order…and go figure it had been sitting on the counter to be taken outside None of the food was even warm.I don’t have high expectations from McDonald’s but this is the worst one I have ever been to.I don’t recommend it to anyone.Customer service and food quality both sucked

pulled through the drive through and got a big mac meal and the number nine two cheeseburger meal…not only did the drive through line move incredibly slowly, but we were told to pull up and after 20 minutes of waiting wanted a refund only to find not one person inside either. There were at least ten cars all waiting on food as well for at least that long…
