The people working inside are very nice and helpful albeit very busy. I grew up in this area and know that being super nice with them goes a long way. They might act like they didn’t hear you and they might not have they wear headsets.

I placed an order for breakfast using the app. The order was placed during breakfast service hours and confirmed through the app. Money was deducted from my account. When I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes later I was told my order was canceled and food thrown away. The manager said he can’t help me because it was through the app and he wouldn’t use the app. He could offer no solution and could not show me the order was canceled on his end. It still shows as an active order in the app. Apparently it’s my job to figure this out and I have to call the help desk? I didn’t know placing an order meant I was now an employee. Feel free to go behind the counter and do it yourself if you use the app. According to the manager at this location customers who use the app have to take care of things on their own. Be sure to tip yourself.

I go to this McDonald’s all the time. They make the quarter pounder with cheese fresh every single time. Sometimes it’s so hot that I have to wait to eat it.

Placed my order and arrived at 10:30, only to be told they wouldn’t make it because breakfast ends exactly at 10:30. No flexibility and very disappointing customer service. This location is consistently a let down.

I cant not express the amount of rudeness and miscommunication that comes from this establishment. One day i try to order somthing from the kiosk and they get it wrong and blame me and yell at me that is what i ordered the next day i go to the counter and cleary explain what i want and they still get it wrong. I dont Understand i work at fast food too it is not that hard

This particular mcdonaldd was not clean. My order was wrong. They were unable to assist me with ordering from the app. The burger was extra greasy and had a strange taste.

I ordered three items and only 1 of them were correct. I had ordered a sausage egg McMuffin that one was correct. I had gotten a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no egg and all I got was the bread and the chicken and then I got a sausage, egg and cheese Mc griddle, and that just came with egg. This has happened more than once I do not recommend this place. Will just take your money.

So this location is amazing, the app is bs. I was less than 1mile from the store and the app order to a store 4 miles away. So when I showed up it created confusion. Then I had to cancel the order and reorder but since I used points the point didn’t reset and I had to pay more than I wanted to. Could not find the corporation location to review them. The store handle the situation with professionalism and kindness. I was really happy they helped navigate the app mess up.
