I ordered food and paid for three sauces. When we checked our order, the sauces were missing. I politely asked for them, and the employee responded rudely and insisted they were $0.25 each. I informed him that I had already paid for them and they are listed on my receipt.
The general manager came to the counter and spoke to us in a condescending and dismissive tone, repeatedly implying that we were lying by saying, “Are you sure?” We checked the bag again in front of her, and the sauces were not there. Only after that did she give them to us.
After leaving, we called the store to request the general manager’s name and/or contact information for upper management so that we could file a complaint. We remained polite throughout these calls.
During these phone conversations:
• We were threatened with “caller ID”, which came across as an attempt to intimidate us. We responded calmly and stated they were welcome to any caller information.
• The general manager called us “a child” and stated she “would not be speaking to a child.” We are adult women who were only requesting appropriate contact information.
• We were refused any contact information for upper management.
• When we politely asked again how to file a complaint, we were told “If you want it so bad, you can come to the store and get it,” which was unprofessional and dismissive.
This interaction was disrespectful, unprofessional, and escalated into outright verbal harassment. The general manager not only refused to correct the original service issue but actively prevented us from filing a complaint.

All too often, we all leave a review because we’re upset but tonight I’m leaving a review because I was quite impressed. My wife & I had a hectic day so dinnertime got away from us. Rather than ordering at a restaurant & having to wait 45 minutes to get the food, we decided to get McDonald’s & eat at home. We stopped at the one at Hurstbourne & Linn Station, when I pulled up to the drive thru, I was greeted almost immediately by a young man who spoke clearly & with purpose like he was welcoming us into his home. He took my order, read it back to me, offered some optional items but not in a pushy way. When I pulled around to the window, he was very pleasant to talk to, he asked if I was having a good day & offered some pleasantries as he processed my payment. I asked if I could have his name, he is “Keone” (I hope I spelled it right). It’s not too often that I am truly impressed with someone at a drive thru because typically, they’re in a hurry to move me through & they really don’t care to interact but this young man, really got my attention. He moved me through quickly but I never felt rushed & he made me feel mike my business was important to him. I hope he reads this because I want him to know that someone noticed. McDonald’s better take the time to mentor this guy & give him the opportunity to grow or someone will grab him & they will lose a future superstar. It won’t surprise me in the least to see this guy running his own empire one day….. I can spot talent & this young man has it in spades! All the best Keone! Keep up the good work & never lower your standards!

Do better!! Order a large fries and get less than half full container of fries. Not to mention the person taking your order is VERY rude. This seems to be the normal for this location. Take the few extra minutes and drive somewhere else.

The service was great! An employee by the name of Censha or Sensha, I’m not sure how to pronounce the name, he was wearing a red sweatshirt, did an excellent job of being friendly and extremely helpful!
Food was warm, and delish!
The atmosphere was okay, other than i noticed some of the tables didn’t appear very clean and there was a tray with trash on it on one of the tables.
Other than that, my visit was a pleasant one! Would recommend it.

I should have known better than to stop and try to get something to eat here before checking the feedback review. Not that a big company like McDonald’s even cares about the opinion of a single customer, but it seems to me that you would hire employees who can give parking instructions after ordering a sandwich in a clear intelligent voice instead of a garbled language that nobody understands. This person is going to end up causing a traffic collision eventually. You wouldn’t think a person would have to get in line twice to get a $3 order either…can get better and faster service a Circle K gas station!!

We went to this McDonald’s today while running errands. It was so clean, all of the employees were so kind and helpful. Going around the dining room and refilling customers drinks, checking in with customers. It was very different from most McDonald’s. It was so refreshing to see employees being kind and going above and beyond. Managers in a meeting hopping up to help employees or a customer.

Is this a joke? I clearly told them no onion but that’s not what I received. Even their order paper says no onion. All the fries were at the bottom of the bag, did have about 10 in the container. No napkins, ketchup etc. If you don’t want or can’t do your job or somewhere else. My husband is not able to eat onions. Thanks goodness I checked them first or we would have been in the hospital. Was over a mile down the road and the traffic was horrible so I was not about to turn around
May retraining, new hiring or something. Employees just act like they are there for a paycheck not customer service or making food the way it’s ordered.

What can I say? It’s just another McDonald’s.
But the staff that work there? Those kids are a vibe. I’d bottle that vibe and carry it around in my pocket if I could. Take it out and spinkle it on every dull or difficult interaction.
