I went to the McDonald’s drive-through to grab my mobile order. It was fast, and easy. The two people I talked to were nice and ensured I had what I needed. I was in and out in under five minutes. The food was fresh, crispy, and tasty. Don’t see any issues with this location. Will update if that changes.

This place is ran like a tight ship. Clean efficient orderly. I have respect for the manager Ronika. I know she has been there many many years. Many fast food restaurants can be so poorly ran ultimately resulting in poor service. But not my McDonalds on citadel !

This is the second time I picked up a drive through order and once again, the food was barely edible. The filet of fish was dry and the bun was so over heated or stale I had to cut it with a knife. I would suggest trying another location- the evening staff is clearly not trained or don’t care

If there was a place for negative stars I’d give that. The employees were rude. Ignoring most of us in the lobby for well over 20 mins. The staff were cussing and yelling at one another. Made comments about things people ordered and the amount. The kiosk didn’t print tickets out. It took at least 45 minutes to get our food. While there the lights went out in the playback with kids in it. The parents were told they didn’t know how to turn them back on so its closed. I would drive twice as far to not ever go to this location again.

This McDonald’s almost always seems to mess up something. The staff, other than one dude, is completely unhelpful and rude. Would recommend picking a different location.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. My wife is an amputee in a wheelchair. We approached the entrance when a you employee named Greg appeared to open and hold the door for my wife. We had just downloaded the app and Greg also went above and beyond to help us navigate it. He also delivered the food to.our table. We were very impressed with Greg. I would hope he recieves recognition for all he does. Too many times we are all quick to.leave negative reviews, Greg was a breath of fresh air.

Ate inside for breakfast. Food was made quickly and was fresh and great. Tables were actively being cleaned and kept up with and conditions were very clean inside. Manager is doing a great job expediting orders and managing the work flow (have over heard lol). Play place is very clean and kids enjoyed.

My bar is low for mcdonald’s. Just hand me my food, have everything in the bag, and let me leave swiftly. I don’t expect quality, I expect mediocre service and a fast food experience. My experience was not fast, and it was extremely frustrating. I ordered $30 of food, only received half of it, and was forced by the staff to wait in the line all over again to receive my order they forgot to give me. The food was then cold after I made it through the line again and the items given weren’t even correct. I had a missing item and my large fry was a medium, after already complaining about missing half my items!

I want a full refund, this was an awful experience and I will never be visiting this location again. I will actively be telling others in the area to save themselves the trouble and visit the next closest location. Their staff is lazy and unmotivated, and the management has had poor response time in regards to my refund request.

I’m giving 1 star for any and all parts of this visit. Save your money, or just go to another location with proper management and staff. As far as I’m concerned, this location is a dumpster fire compared to the service you get from any other nearby location.

Drive through was empty when I reach there. were no signs shown to inform me any lane was down, I was in the right lane but no one speak a single word (FYI I do have a window scroll down ), a few cars drove in on the left lane and keep passing by getting their order, so they made me drive around their building just to get that lane to order. I have to wait and make around for no reason.
