I don’t know what’s happening with the people in the office. I’ve been waiting since last week for them to come and fix the heating, but no one comes. They say I’ll be here in a bit, but they don’t send anyone. That’s not right. The apartment is so cold that I can’t bathe the baby so she doesn’t get sick. I don’t think that’s what it should be like because I pay for all the services.

The employee at the drive-thru window was very courteous and helpful. She was cheerful and seemed to enjoy her work and we had our order taken and completed within about three minutes. Very efficient and the food was hot and tasty.

Dont like soda machine is in the back and no for customer in front. If you get no ice they won’t fill cup all the way say machine programed to stop. Sure it is at the line on cup inch below the top but never had a place that wont fill the cup all the way. I dont like ice and trust ice makers anywhere anymore why I don’t get it

Placed an order with Door Dash for a Lg mocha frappe, Large caramel frappe, 3 breakfast burritos, a sausage McGriddle, sausage egg McMuffin & two hash browns and the picture is what I got. Which was a coffee, sausage egg biscuits and a biscuit and gravy that’s nasty

Every single mobile order I have every placed here has been wrong. When will I learn my lesson. This location has robbed me out of .50 so many times for adding cheese. This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in Louisville. And they weren’t even busy!

This McDonald’s is always fast and accurate. That means a lot when you are in a hurry. I stop here weekly to get my grandkids food after work on the day I pick them up. The food is always hot and fresh and the people who work there are always nice and polite. I like this McDonald’s over any other I have ever been to.

Was in here May 21 lobby still closed 7:15 AM which forced me to use the drive thru had multiple drink order coffee wound up being spilled on my left leg of coarse burning me. Then they decide to use a drink tray. Decided give them a chance on my out of town surely they were just having an off day yesterday. Yeah nope after having me wait 3 minutes to even start taking my order a simple large fry, water and a medium coffee. Did not even get that right, pull up to get it she says medium fry medium coffee and small water no ice they at least got the no ice correct. When I said no it was a large fry, she very puzzled has me pull forward FOR A FRY? Car behind me goes with a decent size order then next car. Go inside to what them hand out another order with fries not sure what they where trying to prove other than incompetence. They made sure to not give a receipt likely to avoid another survey. Called the number from yesterday’s receipt owner or DM is out until 30 May guess when boss is away, ya know what they say…..

I did a mobile order, my burger was slapped together my cheese and burger was stuck to the paper. I ordered extra pickles on two burgers only got it on one. The fries were cold and old. The fries also had no salt on them it took them three times to get my coke with no ice in it

Ms Regina, the General Manager was seen picking up a food item off the floor and re-packing it up for a customer! And she is aware they already have roaches at this location. Just Nasty and Disgusting. Highly do not recommend this location unless you do not mind getting ill.
