We came in hungry and ready to order, but were told to use the kiosk—even though it was broken with a frozen screen. We placed the order anyway but didn’t get a receipt, likely because it was out of paper. The place was a mess—tables and floors were dirty and clearly not cleaned. This location seriously needs better upkeep

This is a nice McDonald’s. I ordered fish sandwich meal and husband ordered bacon mcdouble. We shared the fries. Cashier was friendly and food came out fast.

We sat in line for 15 minutes then get up to the order window at 9:28pm and the lady decides to tell us they are closed. Many cars still waiting in line. They took the order before us and next to us. Online it said the location is open 24 hours today. The sign hung on the building said 24 hours including Christmas Day. Horrible customer service. I would suggest not going to this location they do not care about the customers. Who decides to close at 9:28pm?!

Went this morning for breakfast, like I do every morning. I’m so disgusted and disappointed by today’s service AND the quality of food specially this ice coffee. When I tried to turn around to get further assistance in fixing my order, the staff were rude and hostile. I will not be returning and I will be contacting corporate. Totally unacceptable.

This location advertises 24 hours, but when I arrived last night at midnight after work, they were closed. Lights were on, drinks were on one of the dining room tables, but nobody was answering the drive thru. I would’ve appreciated a sign or something to let us know y’all were closed.

Stopped at this McDonald’s and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at the chain. I ordered a simple breakfast — biscuits and gravy, hash brown and a coffee. When I asked for ketchup, they tried to charge me 25 cents per packet! I’ve never had to pay for ketchup anywhere else, so I just went without it.
Then, I got my coffee and realized they didn’t even add the cream and sugar I asked for. It’s not a complicated order, but it seemed like no one cared to get it right. Between the nickel-and-diming for condiments and the lack of attention to basic requests, this location really needs better customer service training. Definitely won’t be stopping here again anytime soon.

My order has to be rung up at a register. The manager and the employee refused to ring me up at the counter because they need to get points to for us to use the self serve kiosk. An older gentleman came in and left because they wanted to do the same thing and he refused. The manger and employees then said some things about this customer as he was leaving. He was not rude just wanted to place his order at the counter. My food was made correctly after husband made sure everyone in the back knew.

I have not eaten at a McDonald’s in a long time, I have been to this McDonald’s twice in the last week. It is close to the hospital where my husband is. One time I went in and once the Drive thru. I got a Ranch chicken wrap and sweet tea both times and once a small fry. Both times the food came out fast, hot and correct. The young ladies who helped me were friendly, helpful and smiling and actually acted like they wanted to be there. The only complaint I have is a small fry is now almost 2 dollars and I got the new golden sauce and was charged $1 for 2. Other than that it was wonderful.
