This place is riddled with issues, I’d say don’t go here if you want service that you can trust and correct items but make sure you never never never get it delivered, especially at night you will be paying an extra $5-10 bucks for half of your order just about every single time. This place is only good to stop in if you absolutely need to and even then make sure you check your bag thoroughly before leaving so you can just correct all of their mistakes in real time but if you want straight forward reliable service just go somewhere else. I’ve wasted too much money here hoping that things would get better after some time but it’s clear only the opposite has happened.

I really hate to do this but this fish sandwich I got was probably five hours old judging by how soggy and just blah it was. Kid at the window was great, seemed normal actually which is very rare for kids these days. I forgot to order my drink and he took care of me no problem. But how bad that sandwich was trumped everything good

Had a knee replacement a week ago from today’s date so unable to drive doordash McDonald’s ordered two cheeseburger meal and a McChicken with no lettuce. My doordash person was great pick it up in the highland Manor got it here in a timely manner only thing is in the bag was two spicy McChickens and a medium fry the receipt on the front of the bag clearly showed two cheeseburger meal and a McChicken no lettuce. I had literally the easiest order to make possible and it was still messed up. I tried to call the store and imagine my surprise the only thing I kept getting was an answering machine. This McDonald’s location really just needs to be shut down because you all have no care about customer service at all of course I don’t know why I expect much more of McDonald’s.

Everytime we have gone to this one it has always been something. The girl in the drive thru was rude. We ask and pay for sauces that we don’t get we are always pulled up waiting forever even when there is only one other car in line. The final straw for me was the last couple times we have gone our food is cold especially the fries are cold and stale. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to my worst enemy that’s how bad it is. When you tell them something is wrong with your order they just don’t care I didn’t even want to give the review one star we are a family of 5 so when we go there we spend atleast 40 each time for the kind of service

The service at this location is horrible. I ordered a snack wrap and its was burnt, poorly made. Not to mention I ordered nuggets the sauces were missing, no big deal… The drive thur at this location always takes forever and it’s late so the dining room is closed. As I wrap around the building to get back in line I notice two people standing in the door way wearing street clothes one wrapped in a blank with the wet floor sign keeping the door cracked open, talking and looked like the were taking a smoke break… I asked did they work at the location they both shook their head indicating Yes. I explained the sauce situation (again no big deal) and asked if one of them could grab me the sauces so I wouldn’t have to wait in the long line… they shook their heads no. I said the line is already long I just came from the window and now I have to get back in line again, they just looked at me with an attitude and never said a word…

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from the Unsweetened Tea that was supposed to be sweet tea. After a few sips I realized the tea tasted OFF and now I am sick! Also, from the lobby customers could hear staff members shouting profanity at each other. Will not go back!! N

I ordered an item on the menu at the price advertised on the menu. The cashier was unaware of the promotion and said she could ask her manager.
I ordered and paid anyways and took a picture of the promotion. I showed the manager “Connor” the picture and he didn’t have the ability to explain or understand the menu prices. I asked him if this has happened before and he told me I was “the only one to complain”. I’m sure the General Manager “Candice” expects better customer service than having glassy eyed “Connor” stare at a picture from my phone, of his drive thru menu and accuse me of complaining about a price that he can clearly see differs from what I’m being charged. The young lady working the window did a better job representing the restaurant and attempting to explain. I’m sorry she had to defer to “Connor” who is less skilled in the areas he represents.

Girl at the window was very unprofessional giving attitude and didn’t know how to do her job, she didn’t put most of the stuff I ordered on the screen and had to double check with her 3 times on what she had down. When I finally got my food it was cold and the fries were old, you can tell by how stale and brown colored they were, that they were sitting out for awhile. Wish I could give zero stars if it were possible. Never coming over here again I advise everyone to stay away. Ps I’m pretty sure they dropped my chicken nuggets on the floor bc they had lint on em.
