The older lady at the counter was extremely rude to a guest and told her to pay attention while trying to purchase her order. She was loud and obnoxious. I ordered a McDouble value meal and was clearly given an old meal someone didn’t receive. My fries were cold so I went inside and got new ones and those weren’t done they were mushy.. I went to bite my burger and it had lettuce and Mac sauce. Looked at the wrapper and it saw this was someone else’s cold food. Bit into my nuggets dry and cold. No bbq sauce by the way and when I asked for it ms Bun at the counter responded please and thank you and dropped it in my bag. I tried to call but got this number hasn’t been set up yet????? Poor service nasty food but she was extra flirty and nice to the male regular customers.

The service at this location is pathetic. In no way should I order a pick up at the counter, go in and sit around at the counter for 20 minutes. Then finally asked by a staff member”what, am I waiting on” and I said “my pic up for Grace” she then rudely said why didn’t I say anything. Because you were supposed to cally name after seeing that I already arrived. The service here never gets better. You should just go through the drive through; because only them will you get your food at a reasonable time. They literally disrespect the ones who come in to order at the the cashier, they disrespect the ones who comes In and order at the kiosk and they disrespect the ones who order pick up. And don’t let me get on the wait time time; while inside the business. Te wait can be anywhere from 20-40 minutes smh. The staff is Soooo rude smh. They have a number to call, when service is subpar, but they never answer or give you a call back. I have a car but sometimes I like to go in and eat. But now I don’t even want to go back inside; I’m better off going through the drive thru. Food is cold and never enough sauce on your burgers as you’re supposed to have. Im just gonna go to my the McDonald’s in Portland next time; they haven’t let me down yet. And Portland McDonald’s always greets me with a smile

Worst McDonalds ever. The employees are super rude. We paid for our orders using the kiosks that make you take a table number. They make you go get your order so ok whatever. They didn’t give us our cups unless we put the table tents back. Who works here, the customer or these rude ladies? I hope corporate pulls this franchise.

This is not a 24 hour establishment. Somehow, every night I get off work and try to go through the drive thru tired and hungry they always turn me away because they “aren’t open yet.” I get needing time to switch to breakfast menu items, but they can’t be advertising 24 hours open if they aren’t going to be open for 24 hours.

Ordered a steak and cheese bagel with no folded eggs. Received the sandwich on a regular hamburger bun and not a bagel with eggs. So to drive back to the store and not have my order corrected and receiving my money back is a waste of my time and money. Nothing but disrespect in that entire store.

Walked in and asked the cashier “can I have the bathroom code” *I was having an emergency* to which the cashier decided to lecture me on proper grammer. She was completely rude. I told her I don’t have time for her lecture and needed to go immediately. She threatened me by trying to deny access to the bathroom. I am disabled with bladder issues and my daughter who was with me is deaf. Then I ordered food after finally being allowed in. The whole time I was waiting for the food with my daughter, she was making comments and staring me down. I think management needs to really look at who they hire

I try to see what’s shaking on this end of town and put money there. Seems most of my visits to this particular location don’t go too well. 1st issue was the long wait receiving my order. Next is the food quality. What’s up with serving fresh food??? It shouldn’t be ice cold. I just end up not eating it and will go somewhere else later. Yeah, I can hardly say anything positive because look at what’s going on? No one cares about quality. For the owner…you need to hire staff that are there to deliver quality service, not just receive a paycheck every Week. I paid for this so I expect an acceptable level of quality

Don’t bother wasting your time. Orderd food for my 5 person team for lunch via doordash. After waiting 40 minutes for it too arrive it got canceled. Don’t waste your time or money here. Both down the drain.
