Ordered bacon added on and got nothing. The smoothie wasn’t filled up all the way and they didn’t put any of the monopoly pieces on.
It’s been a while since I’ve gone back to this location but it seems like every time there’s something wrong. I’d recommend going to a different location

This McDonald’s normally does a really good job. I drive a little extra out of my way to go to this location. This morning was messy. The young man who took my part of me order and left the conversation. I had to go to the window just to finish my order. I also ordered a large iced macchiato, When I got to the window, for some reason, it was rung up as a medium. I kindly corrected the cashier that it was supposed to be a large, she informed me that they were out of large cups and that I could only receive a medium. This was fine, but the $1.70 up charge to get this? It’ll be a while before I go back.

I ordered a meal for curb side pick up. After waiting 15 minutes in the parking lot I walked in to get my food. Yes, I had checked in on the app. My food was cold and my large sprite was gross. It was all carbonation. My wife’s drink had no ice. How do you mess that up? My large fry was half full.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever made the mistake of walking into. The food was barely edible—sloppily thrown together, and somehow still tasted stale. My chicken nuggets weren’t cooked all the way and were literally pink and half RAW. My order was wrong (of course), and fixing it felt like I was asking for a favor instead of something I paid for. The staff looked openly annoyed that customers exist, the place was dirty, and the whole experience screamed incompetence. This location gives fast food a bad name. Save your money, your time, and your dignity—eat literally anywhere else.

Every time we use the drive through and I mean EVERYTIME (3/3) we end up getting out the car and getting the food from inside because it just takes too long. I’ve been patient with this location but today topped everything. We waited 30 min for our food then when I got in and told them, they hand me a bag with only half my order and wanted to turn around and walk away until I stopped them and demanded the rest of my order. They don’t have it together in there and it s getting old.

Today I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s. Today’s shift, July 24th, at 8:40 pm. I ordered a medium Mocka Frappe and they gave it to me. The glass was broken. I went to the window to change it, and guess what? They gave it to me with so much ice that I couldn’t drink it. It was literally a waste of money and time. These spoiled kids only know how to smoke vapes and watch Snapchat.

while the staff is generally friendly enough to make it correct once prompted. our orders are almost always wrong. 2/10 orders being fully correct would be probably close to accurate. we have actually started driving 20 minutes down the road to E TOWN just to order and actually get the food we wanted. unfortunate.

This is actually the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. It took 15 minutes to get 3 meal deals and we were missing nuggets. When we finally got our food we were waiting for 5 minutes at the front trying to get anyone’s attention so we could get our drinks. This mcdonalds never checks the paper for drinks, they just hand out the food. I work at the busiest mcdonalds in etown and its genuinely so much faster, even when were packed. Their work ethic is embarrassing.

Ordered a large strawberry and banana smoothie. It wasn’t filled all the way and my fries are cold. The also only put one piece of cheese on my Big Mac. It’s fine I’m getting a refund since they can’t fill up a cup and put the right amount of cheese
