I mean nice people working but whats with the cut in half chicken nuggets. Did McDonalds hire Subway to see how thin they could cut a chicken nugget. McDonalds 139 billion not enough for you that you have to cut a nugget down as if you were cutting your oxy’s down to make them last longer. Come on when is enough enough?

Not only were the fries scarce, but what fries i did get.. tasted god awful, like dirty old grease, they were cold, hard, but still greasy. Absolutely ridiculous and completely wasted my money. no sauce in the bag either that was ordered at the speaker no reciept.. im sure because they knew the lack of customer service & quality would be documented & they didnt want a reciept to make it easy on anyone…apple pie wasnt warm & how did none of my items that are monopoly items have the game pieces on them? Get it together.

If you’re getting to go food, please check the quantity of your fries. I ordered a large fry but got a small fry with a large box. After pointing it out to customer service they did make it right.

If I could leave negative stars i would. They served us cold fries and I politely ask for some hot ones. We’ll I got the hot fries but they gave me barley enough to even make a medium order and I paid for basket they always try ripping people off by shorting people thus place is rude and very unprofessional

They are super stingy with sauce. The food was not fresh even tho I had to wait a very long time for it. Im giving 3 stars and not 1 because I have had good experiences at this location previously but this time was definitely a 1 star experience.

Well done, McDonalds in a pilot gas station. Layout of the restaurant offers lots of soft leather seating and plenty of it. Staff wasn’t overly pleasant worth noting. Quick stop for a treat while traveling. McFlurry is always a favorite with tons of M&Ms.

Does that cheese look right? Its supposed to be made fresh. The third shift manager wanted to argue with me about how all the orders were made fresh. How she going to lie straight to my face? If you want a milkshake or any type of icecream you can forget about it on third shift. And your probably going to have to go in because most the time on third the drive thru is closed so many things wrong with third shift I don’t know why i evan bother going.

Went through the drive thru with a mobile order. This location was very, very busy. Got home and realized one of my items was missing. Accidents happen. I returned to the store and the manager went above and beyond making things right. Very happy with the customer service.

This McDonald’s is located at the truckstop plaza in Lebanon Junction Kentucky. It’s serving the community as well as I 65 in a large area of a food desert
This McDonald’s has been a staple of my existence for many years since 1990
They have a good drive-through
And their customer service is excellent With a true greeting from real person
This is a very busy place because of the interstate and there is nothing around for miles and miles
Because this is the plaza truckstop, there are lots of amenities at this place gasoline, bathrooms, Cinnabon, subway, and more
I was a little disappointed in their new screens on the windows, as I cannot see when the customer representative is ready to help me, I do not like the screens
