We are local to the area and this is our favorite McDonalds. This review is also going to be about the New Limited Time Big Arch. 10/10. I tried this sandwich for the first time tonight and added bacon and tomatoes. It is a shame that this is for a limited time. I think that this is by far the best burger in fast food currently!

Since prices have sky rocketed I been watching and the burgers are like the old commercial “where’s the beef” holes in them now as well extremely thin for this place to be world wide .. and those that believe they aren’t eating beef fat well I’m sorry to bust the bubble but the fries are soaked in beef fat vats before it’s packed from the company that makes them fries that’s why they so good.. with meat allergies that can kill you it’s very important to know you can’t eat them fries ..

The only issue I had was the teenage workers just hanging around and chatting in front of where the people grab their food and when I said excuse me twice they didn’t move, I had to raise my voice which I hate doing but they finally moved and it’s not like they were cleaning they were talking about what they were gonna do after work. Everything else was great!

My special order burger was incorrect. When I went back because it was wrong, the manager was very rude and didn’t believe me, even though I had the wrong burger and my receipt!
The orders here are constantly wrong. Employees need some training on making sure the orders are correct, and training on how to politely correct a situation when it arises.

The whole staff is completely slow whoever put my McChicken together literally just threw it in the bag because the lettuce was everywhere and there was mayonnaise all over my bag. My fries We’re half hot and half cold the staff on December 27 night shift we’re doing a horrible job

It was just an average visit. They were very busy. They have a promotion. If you buy the value meal you get a free milkshake but they forgot to give it to me. I mentioned something to Patrick and he brought me one to the table. He was very kind and I think he deserves a raise. You are lucky to have him working for you. He has a smile and is kind to the customers

I ordered a small Carmel frappe with a shot of espresso. When I received it , it had no espresso. You can taste and smell espresso and it had none . So I walked back in and after standing there for 3 minutes I finally caught there attention..I told them no espresso and she’s looking at the cup for a sticker thats wasn’t put on .. she takes it to the side and I hear another girl say its been added..she comes back and tells me it has and I told her there is no coffee taste at all .. she says well it will probably taste the same .. so she takes it and I hear the girl in the back say it will taste the same .. they bring it out and slams it on the counter and walks away ..and sure enough no espresso again..I paid for espresso and I had none . So I asked for a manager who was just as rude and tried arguing saying its going to taste the same and I know when espresso is added she says as she walks away .. they say the same thing once they are to the back.. it will taste the same.. and it did because they added No Espresso.. so I’ll be calling the number to complain about the unprofessional staff.
