Stopped in for a quick #1 big Mac meal. Fries were soggy and greasy barley Luke warm! Had to pull to the second d window? Thi king im getting a fresh made big mac? And maybe fresh hot fries? Neither happened! The big mac looked like it was assembled by a 5 year old? Wish I took a Pic! Patties hanging out in both directions, box just filled with lettuce. One small glob of special sauce and pickles all on 1/3 of the sandwich! Cold and Nasty! Didn’t eat the fries! And choked half the bland cold mac down. Very disappointed! Old Ray Kroc is rolling over in his grave!! Pathetic attempt at hot, fresh fastfood!!

I ordered my burger with ketchup and the burger always come with ketchup I open up my burger and there is no ketchup. My mom ordered the burger that comes with tomatoes he she was really craving tomatoes and she opens up her burger and there were no tomatoes so she frustrated. The guy taking our order had an attitude and was saying “what” with an unpleasant attitude.

This McDonald’s use to be a golden example of what a McDonald’s was. Literally no wait times and half the time the food was hanging out of the window before I could pull around the drive through.
Of course all of that was before, now it’s terrible. We ordered 3 cheese burgers a small fry and a large fry. We pulled through the drive through and ordered at the box, pretty quick and easy. The line was slow moving but not the worst.
Got to the window, got our drinks and was pulled up but not given a reason why. We assumed it was for fresh fries which no one would complain about.
Well, after a 15 minute wait, our food was finally brought out… Cold fries, cold burgers… This is the first order I have had with McDonald’s in over a year because of this reason and was reminded why I don’t order from this McDonald’s.
This McDonald’s hasn’t run great since Martha sold them, George did fine but the new management is awful. Skip the Kassleman McDonald’s or better yet, save the drive and hit up Wendys or BK or DQ if you want a burger and fries.

This location was good when it first opened but has gone downhill since. They don’t even speak to you when they give you the food, no manners. Anytime I ask for condiments they act bothered.
Updating: still shitty service – asked for condiments again, I didn’t receive them so I had to go in, the lady taking the orders didnt greet me or say anything after I asked politely and said thank you. These people are rude as hell at this location!
If you don’t want to serve people, don’t work in customer service.

The worker who helped us was great.Got the $5 meal and It was taking a while so he upgraded my meal but I used pints for a free apple pie and did not get it, but got extra food so I guess it’s ok.

Nice and fast service. From the looks of newer McDonald’s I’m noticing a trend that might be heading towards a “workerless” restaurant. Cashier’s are becoming less and less, substituted by automated order boards. This restaurant no longer has a drink station to fill your own cups. There no area for other needs like ketchup, napkins or straws, you have to ask for everything now.

It’s pretty sad when you can come through the drive-thru, tell them to charge you for extra ranch and then they give you no ranch packets whatsoever. How can you fail at simple freaking instructions you ask for extra ranch and you get zero ranch how? How does that work? There would at least be one or two in there my goodness man

Extremely slow service. After waiting for 20 minutes on our food I walked back into the kitchen to get someone to help me with my order. The drive through is always slow as well. Not a very good McDonald’s at all.
