Absolute worst McDonald’s ever! Went through the drive through employees were playing around inside. Was the only vehicle at the window and told to pull to last window if not they will get in trouble due to sensor timer. Fries were cold and so was the Big mac.

embarrassing. this mcdonald’s is the worst ran i’ve ever seen, forcing people to pay extra for sauces that you can order for free in the app/on the kiosk but they won’t give them to you unless you pay for them. the managers can’t even teach their employees how to put food together correctly but want to enforce “rules” on customers that don’t even make sense. your employees slop food together like they’re making it for barn animals, managers talk crap about customers RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM, and the GM runs the place like a dictator that doesn’t really care about the quality of what’s she’s selling. sad to see how downhill the place has gone over the years. do better for the sake of the small community you serve.

Today I went through the drive through and was blessed by the kind employee I think her name was Kaylee! She took my order and answered all my questions about the menu. She was efficient and professional and helped me figure out the McDonald’s app as well! I recommend the McDonald’s in eminence if Kaylee is working!

If I could, I would give this place negative stars . The drive thru pulled us for 1 caramel frappe. We waited 30 minutes because the staff didn’t have the intelligence to tell us their machine was down. The only reason we ever got the drink is because I went inside after 20 minutes, when it was apparent they were not brining it to us.The manager even told me twice, after I went inside, “it was dispensing “. Another 5 minutes later, noticing the trash on the floor behind the counter, teenage employees running around behind the counter accomplishing nothing and two other employees asking what I was waiting on, I was handed a runny caramel frappe with melted cool whip on top with no apology or any form of customer service. When I turned to leave, there was another customer that had been pulled from the drive thru right after me who had also come in to complain about not receiving their food. What a pitiful excuse for a fast food restaurant. The customer service here is light years away from when George ran the place. This location gives McDonalds a bad name.

This is insane! I’m here for lunch, I am 1 of 6 cars parked to the side waiting on an order! Grey haired woman manager yelled to another employee how she doesn’t have any food up so she’ll just park everyone. That’s crazy! I manager in fast food as well and I could never!!! Talk about a total lie around here. I understand wanting to have a good SOS during these peak hours, but maybe you should have the appropriate amount of food dropped! Will never come back, sorry I stopped in this tiny town!

We placed an order for curbside pick up tonight and got there parked and the app told us to go through drive thru. So we did. Went through the line to get our food, got it parked and checked it b4 we left. They didn’t give us all of our food had to go in and workers were just ratchet jawing with others. Get home to eat and most of my burger is raw. Should find better night shift workers.
