Anyone giving this a bad review recently is insane. I brought 13 people in and we all ordered on the kiosk, which was a bit crazy. But they managed to bring everything out to us in 5 minutes and nothing was wrong. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. They truly had God-honoring work ethic.

Ordered for pickup using the app. App won’t let you substitute real onion from dehydrated, or sauce on the side! App said food is ready go in. Took 15 minutes to get service and the food was cold, even the patties were cold. Cold fries=yuck! Didn’t even eat it. Tons of employees, manager playing and then disappeared in the office, ugh! Super disappointed! Spent 10 $ couldn’t even eat it, still have it in the car. Had to get to work

Waited a hour to get food and the food is now cold and I asked for my money back they gave me a free meal card even tho I have three meals that are freezing cold. There was three other people waiting for food that had to have food switched out cuz it was cold.

Management extremely rude!! Cant seem to get 2 double cheeseburgers right, handed me one order it was someone elses, handed me food 2nd time and it was someone elses, handed me food the 3 rd time and it was someone elses, i gave up and drove off!

Showed up and tried to order at the counter and waited 5 minutes and nobody showed up but saw multiple employees. We gave up and ordered on the Kiosk and they brought out our food and 3 drinks. They didn’t give us straws and were missing multiple items. The drinks tasted off and we had to wait 10 minutes to get 3 fries and a chicken sandwich.

I don’t know how it’s possible, but this location is worse than the old. Every time I’ve gone there (two) it’s been just an absolute waste of money since I either get cold hard food, or not the thing I ordered. It also takes forever to get anything and the employees don’t seem to understand how the mobile app orders work at all

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. While waiting in the drive thru for approximately 5 minutes, I was next to place my order. An employee comes outside and places a safety cone directly in front of my vehicle and starts to walk away. I roll my window down and ask what’s going on. She explained that they were closing early, it was 6:30 pm, and would I kindly go from being next to order to being last to order in the other drive thru lane. I said I wouldn’t and took my business elsewhere. I like McDonald’s, but not enough to receive such poor customer service. This place apparently has a lot of work to do to create a better experience for its customers.

Very rude that refuse to pay attention to customers and to worried to be on their phones. Very unsanitary with several health code violations. Whoever owns this location is quite not the smartest crown in the box. Drinks are filled halfway even if you don’t ask for ice. Everything is absolutely cold except the hasbrowns. If I wanted half cooked food I’d use a microwave on a freezer burnt meal

Manager had poor attitude while answer the drive thru. Got my food home. Fries was cold, Grease was coming through the sandwich box. Hardly any lettuce or condiments on the sandwiches. Sweet tea tasted like it was old tea. For it being a brand new McDonald. First time expression was not a good impression at all.
