Placed order in drive thru, asked to pull up to spot 3 and wait on order, received order with cheese when I clearly said no cheese so I had to go in and waste more time. I walk in and its all teenagers working and yelling at each other minus a couple of them, no one paying attention. They remake my sandwich. Only a couple of them are actually providing customer service and paying attention ton to whats going on. I honestly dont know why I continue to put faith in fast food restaurants making food correctly.

We were passing through so we decided to stop to grab a quick bite. It was a very long line. Typically, McDonald’s are pretty quick even if the line is long but this one was a bit slow. The food was fine but they did forget the pickles on my Spicy McCrispy.

I place an order thru drive thru and we were ask to pull up. We did the young man to our food to the wrong car. So I ask for my food to replace since the other person went through my bag. The young man was kindly go get remade. So I follow him in and the young lady making the food use a few choice words. I heard what she was saying and so call manager did not stop her. The young man obviously was nervous I completely understand. I felt bad for the young man. I understand things happen but no one communicated with me they had to make more steaks for my bagel. I only knew because I ask after waiting over 30 minutes. I went to McDonald’s to have fast food. Well that didn’t happen. I can add my first time coming to this McDonald’s I had a bad experience.

Did a curbside pickup around 11:30. The girl that sent order to us did an amazing job. She felt bad for one of the orders being delayed. Don’t know her name. Mcdonald’s better hold on to her. Hope she takes our order every time we go there.

Nice location. I have downloaded their mobile app, it’s definitely worth the space on the phone! Everyday they have new coupons. I used the buy one sandwich get one for 1$ yesterday in the drive thru and it went straight through no problems. Food was hot and fresh only had to wait a couple minutes in line. Will be back

Ordered through the app cause online and app says open 24-7 my order and payment confirmed
in the app. Then I show up and the parking lots are blocked off meaning probably closed which is fine I was just concerned with my payment already being out of my account. So I call in just to ask about it and the women picks up the phone with an attitude and I ask about the payment going through since the parking lot was blocked off and she got smart with me saying “yeah because we’re closed” and with a loud voice and rude attitude as if I’m suppose to know that when my payment was confirmed and I was told to show up to window on the app. Then just didn’t say anything after that so then I try to ask if it will be refunded since it went through and she seemed very bothered to have to do her job in letting me know about the payment being refunded. I get being closed to clean or whatever you have to do but if you’re app still allows you to order and you willingly pick up the phone maybe have a little more common sense to be nice to a confused customer.

Every single time I place an online order they cancel it and they take forever to give you your money back. I wasnt able to eat breakfast this morning because of this, because after the money came out I could no longer afford it. Its been over 5 hours and still no money back.

Took 25 min to get my meals. They gave me the wrong sauce.the sausage egg McMuffin was wrong .they gave me bacon .I live right down the road and 85%of the time it’s wrong. Today I’ve decided I’m done I will not go back. I’ve oked it with my girls there not happy either. Word of advice don’t pull away before you check your order. Or just go to another McDonald’s!!!! I normally don’t post on these things, but this is the second time just this week that I’ve had issues. Today I got a bacon egg and Cheese biscuit, got home, no bacon!!! Yes, I could go back but I live about 15 or 20 minutes away. Who wants to do that? People go through the drive-through for convenience. Earlier this week, I got a Big Mac and it had no cheese on it. SMH, y’all can do better! Like I told my children as they were growing up, if you’re going to work at McDonald’s be the best McDonald’s worker you can be.
