It was a decent McDonald’s place.
I was on the roads when I entered here for quick bite. It was clean and was how it was supposed to be.
The only thing is the Kiosk machine I used didn’t print the receipt for which I got confused if my order was ready as the order was being processed.
Overall, good food and decent service
Would visit this place in the future when I will be in the roads!

The staff is very friendly here, it’s weird not having people at the counter though the kiosk is seemed to take away the personalism of ordering food anymore. I don’t like that one of the workers was kind enough to get off of her break just to take my order for me cuz she overheard me saying I didn’t like the kiosk is. Your store is exceptional thank you for the pickled spice sauce packets!

My husband daughter and I stopped inside to get some quick food before driving 12 hours back home. Stoping in a McDonald’s before our road trips is a reoccurring trend for our family because it’s fast. There were a total of three people that had placed orders besides us. After about 15 minutes, I’m starting to wonder what was going on. I looked around and no one else had any food either and people were visibly irritated. An older gentleman came in and waited at the register forever before anyone would help him. He looked at our family and said, “She was just looking at me.” Not only was he not getting service, he was actively being ignored. He finally got to order and was given incorrect change. So now we’re 40 minutes into our wait and my husband asked for a manger because we had a long drive ahead of us. The manager told him it’s perfectly normal for his quarter pounder to take 30. Mmmmkay. We’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for any order at McDonald’s. Long story short, no one in the restaurant seemed to be concerned about the patrons inside. It was some of the most blatant disregard for customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I do not recommend. Quarter pounder that is “cooked fresh” and was taking so long was cold. Ridiculous.

Passing through from Alabama and we stopped just to get something quick to eat. We decided to go in to all eat together. We ordered on the menu inside and got our table number and sat down. After 20 minutes of not getting our food we all started to get a little aggravated. We saw many workers just walking in and out hanging around with each other. After 30 minutes of waiting we finally went up to the counter to speak to someone, as soon as he went up there the lady said the food will be right to us. It came not even 5 minutes later (I assume the food started to get made after we asked). When the girl brought us the food she accidentally spilled a fry and told us she would bring us a new one. 10 minutes go by with no new fry, and we realize the happy meal also was missing the fry and a extra pack of apples we ordered. We then have to go back up to the counter after another 15-20 minutes of waiting to receive our missing items.

So my husband picked up him and our grandson some lunch. And he once he made it home the food was old to say they just started lunch at 10:30. My grandson could not even eat them. And for the quarter pounder to be made fresh to order the meat was old and dried out and my nuggets was worse than my grandsons was. And the picture shows the time the order came through at 10:37am so why the old food?

This McDonald is a joke the food is never fresh the staff are getto last time I was here they pulled me forward waited in the drive threw for 35 minutes before I went inside and was told they gave my food to someone else. They where rude about it also they refuse to sell L Frappe’s because they pre make them as medium and then put them in a fridge for hour’s until someone buys one the food is straight up nasty and this is the last time I will get anything there as I found a cockroach

I don’t typically share my fast food experiences with the internet, but I will definitely make an exception for my experience on the evening of 08/30/25 around 11:00 PM.
It’s late Saturday night—they’re slammed and hard at work. And I’m expecting what I would call the standard service for a night like tonight—not exactly rude, but short-quick, take your food, and ask for nothing more-kind of service. Obviously, that’s not what I got. Instead, I was greeted with kindness and enthusiasm, as well as understanding when I needed to adjust my mobile order by adding to it I was greeted with smiles and a sense of urgency to complete my order and do so correctly.
Their service really stood out. And to say the least I left with a smile not just because I had my food and had it right, but also because of the attitude of the employees working there tonight. Good job, Edgewood crew!
