One of the very convenient location as it’s located just inside gas station. I stoped by on my way to Atlanta. Neat and tidy with friendly staff. Restrooms are also highly maintained and cleaned. Hot chocolate is good not much sweet like 7-11.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. I put in a mobile order tonight and one about a week ago. Last week I waited in the lobby about 45 minutes until I got my order. Tonight it’s the same thing. 40 ago I made my order and still have it received it. This is the worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to. Workers in the back playing around. I do not recommend, save your time.

First time, kid standing there staring at screen waiting on food to be made you would think he would make my simple coffee! Second time, I wait 5 minutes at speaker just for someone to pull up after me at other speaker and gets their order taken just for her to tell me to hold on another 3 minutes! Third, husband waits 20 minutes no one bothers to tell him coffee is brewing but it doesn’t take that long to brew they told him that before serving everyone else after him for 20 minutes! Then I call up there for the manager to hang up on me

This place is ok. But the old dude working the front is dirty and sneaky. Watch him if he’s working. He will lie and get mad if you want to speak to the manager. This guy is a kid in saggy skin. Other wise the manager was subpar and the staff other than bad grandpa was absolutely amazing. Also if your a dasher or Uber watch the manager and bad saggin pappy they will tag you for no reason.

Ordered a Big Mac combo in the drive through. At the window I was asked to pull forward. 30 minutes later when I finally got someone on the phone they said they would have it right out. 10 minutes later I received my food. The ice in my drink had melted while I was waiting so I asked for a fresh drink. They took my cup and five minutes later they brought me the same watered down drink with no ice.

They are not open 24 hours, they’re not even open at four as advertised. The employees are super rude and you can usually find them playing on her cell phones instead of doing their job. This morning, was my last time to even attempt to go there. It used to be my go to when I didn’t have time to fix breakfast at home, but never again. Hopefully, someone will buy them and run it like it should be.

So this is the 2nd McDonald’s that I had to go to to get my food because the one in Gulfport, MS on Cowan road didn’t give me half of the things I oredered. I thought “don’t worry about it… go to the rinkydink one in the gas station by your house. Surely they can’t mess up an order of 20 nuggets.” Man.. not only did I still not get the sweet n sour sauce that I have been trying to get for my kids for the last 30-40 minutes… they don’t even give me 20 nuggets. They gave me 16.” What a joke. I rarely go to this McDonald’s bc they usually take FOREVER and mess stuff up half of the time… but I have finally learned my lesson. Even if you just want nuggets?! I do not recommend any McDonald’s on the ms Gulfcoast period. Just go to Chick-fil-A and wait in line. At least your order will be right.

To be fair the computer order station wasn’t working properly. Otherwise it was what I would expect to have at McDonalds. I give the food a 5 because I am not comparing fast food to fine dining. If you want McDonald’s you might want to use the drive thru until they get the system down. Or just be lovin it

I mean, you can’t really complain here, I happened to walk into the lobby where about 40 people from travel busses had just arrived, and they had a full drive-through. My order still came out fast and correct.
