My daughter is autistic and homeschooled, and every Tuesday morning we go to McDonald’s to let her enjoy the play center and meet new friends. This morning, her whole face lit up when she saw the display of the Disney figurines, and she told me how much she wanted a Mickey.
As we were walking toward the play area, an employee came up to us and said, “I couldn’t find a Mickey, but I did find Sadness and Olaf, hope it helps!”
It may seem small, but that little act of kindness meant the world to us. He turned an ordinary Tuesday into something truly magical. I didn’t catch his name, but if he sees this, please know you brought Christmas joy to us. Thank you for reminding us that kindness is still alive this season. ❤️

Staff was super friendly. The restaurant is the most dirty disgusting place I have ever seen for a McDonald’s. Not one clean table to sit at. Seats all sticky. Window sills where you sit have other people’s garbage. Play area was gross. Very unfortunate that a parent can’t enjoy a peaceful coffee and let their child play. Bathroom garbages in stalls overflowing so you can see other people’s waste. So gross.

All I wanted was a large iced mocha frappe. I asked for a large iced mocha frappe. She then asked what size I wanted. I told her large. Then she asked if I wanted it cold or hot. I said iced. Then they gave me a medium and slammed the window shut on me. I wish I got my receipt so I could give them a proper review straight to the company but I trusted that this order wasn’t too complicated. I was wrong. I paid $5 for this. And crap service. Good job.

I think I’m cursed when it comes to fast food. Saw an ad on TV the McRib is back..so after leaving the Tax Collectors office, I was a bit hungry.went here to get a McRib.. love em & it has been a minute since having one. Ordered at drive thru, 1 McRib no pickles.. got back out on Bienville Blvd, reached in the bag, grabbed the sandwich while driving & took a bite..I quickly spit it out..the bun was hard as a rock & the sandwich was cold. Went back for a refund. another example of children running a multi million $ store that don’t give a damn about the quality of the food they serve & no respect for PAYING ADULT CUSTOMERS
I’m done with fast food..the ONLY 3 places that I will return to are Pizza Hut in Vancleave & Burger King in Gautier & Waffle House in Gautier.. they seem to be the ONLY 3 places that I have found that care about their customers & serve Quality FOOD

McDonald’s is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. The food is horrible and I do mean horrible. And probably is not good for you either. It’s so full of whatever they put in it. I just can’t understand why or how an adult would ever eat there. I would never go except for my grandbabies who needs to suffer through bad service bad food.

i ordered a breakfast chicken sandwich and a hash-brown and a caramel frappe. they served my chicken sandwich not only burnt, but cold and stale. the hash-brown was soggy and soaked in grease. atleast the cofee was nice, but when i asked them about the food they gave a stank face and eye roll, the customer service and food was disgusting and horrible, i will never be returning.

Very poor customer service. I drove back after realizing the size of my Big Mac patty was the size of a breakfast sausage patty. Very thin and tiny. Two young Caucasian females that are a little chubby wouldn’t give me their names and didn’t want to give refund & make new burger. Screw my time & gas. I’ll never go to this Mickey D’s again. I took two bites. They didn’t want to let me keep the tiny burgers. Either refund of $5 (not entire cost of meal bc I ate the fries) or new Big Mac. They took tiny burgers and threw in trash. They could have at least let me keep for my inconvenience but no. The big girl was snarky too very rude and young has a lot to learn about customer service

Come here often and usually don’t have an issue but I know yall can do better than this. Looks like they broke the patty in half with the two pieces stacked on top of eachother and just let it go instead of at least placing the two halves together side by side. Then just stuck the other patty on top of it. Still decent burger but come on.

Staff does not acknowledge customers entering the store. I watched a elderly couple standing at counter to use cash but an associate came out and told them they had to use kiosk . The couple got frustrated and left the store. Employees yapping with each other. This McDonald’s definitely needs attention.
