The bathrooms were disgusting. There was no soap in men’s or women’s bathrooms and 3 of 4 hand sanitizers were out. We told the employees and they didn’t care. No change was made.

I didn’t order food I was so grossed out. Do yourself a favor and walk to the gas station next door for their clean bathrooms and a snack.

On 8/23/25 my wife and I ordered through the drive through, when we got home our food was not acceptable, the quarter pounder was raw, the bun was greasy and wet,it had what appeared to be black grease on the outer edge of the burger, the box it was served in was also wet and greasy, I will attach photos… When I tried to return the food I had to wait for approximately several minutes, as no employee would even acknowledge that I had been standing and waiting, at this time I spoke up and asked could someone help me. A employee who stated that she was the manager ask what I needed, and I showed her the quarter pounder that was served to us and advised her and showed her that it was raw.she then went to the rear of the prep area and brought back a male employee who said he was the manager and that he had just got there, I tried to explain that I was not pleased with the entire order, but the main concern was they were serving undercooked beef ! His attitude was displaying someone who didn’t care, and in fact he shook his head and walked off, and left me standing there with no help, no concern’s, and appeared not to care ? I’ve already called customer service and filed a complaint, and also some concerns about having anyone there that was actually a qualified ( certified food service manager) or having a safe serve card ,as required by law? Undercooked beef is a serious complaint, and one that should have been addressed instead of just walking away, especially when the customer that is complaining about their food being raw, is a retired Food Service Director I I… And truly understands his complaints are justified and need immediate action to correct this issue, rather than just walking away, ? If I m taking the time to file this review, and file a complaint to customer service and support, I will absolutely ensure that the employee who walked away, and would not even consider my complaint understands, that no customer should ever have to be subjected to such arragonce and disrespect that chooses to spend their money, and time at an establishment where there served raw food (Beef) and their staff are not properly supervised when prepping and
preparing food .The district manager should look into this location and try to explain to all staff, on the importance of, and doing all they can to prevent the possible outbreak of food Bourne illness ..in closing, corporate will be notified of my concerns and my complaint and I will seek corrective actions to be taken to ensure that this is resolved…..Maybe if state health officers and corporate ,would visit this establishment and ask the manager that walked away when I was trying to prevent anyone from becoming sick from consuming raw meat, is this how we treat the public ? And if he understands how crucial it can become when the food you are serving becomes a food Bourne illness (E. coli O157:H7) , people become seriously ill, or even loose their life or loved ones.*********************UPDATE*******It’s, 9-23-25, exactly one month to the day of the incident, and not one person has tried to contact me in response to my concerns other than the ( OWNER ) INSTRUCTING ME TO FOLLOW AN APP TO THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM ??? A TYPICAL BLOW OFF RESPONSE…. I stated in my report, that I had already contacted the customer support and have already talked to,and filed a statement on my concerns?? If the owner cared about the customers, and the public his establishment serves, he should have sent his customer care team to location that served raw ground beef immediately on hearing about the complaint ! ??? Especially when a customer that has professional experience in food service has tried to show great concern on raw beef being served to the public, and was sincerely trying to help prevent a possible outbreak ???? In closing, there’s one thing I have learned and believe in, and that is , when someone cares, it shows ! , and unfortunately, when they don’t care, it shows as well…. Understand, my concerns in this incident will not be swept under the rug of cover up illusion….

This McDonalds is in a great location. It is close to the interstate. The service is great. The employees appear to enjoy their work. The wait time just depends on the time of day. The food is hot and the orders are packed correctly.

Took 20 min to get 4 pies. Everyone is playing around looking at phones & the manager has the mentality of the children working for her. The garbage outside around the building is unexceptable & disgusting. Several employees especially the young skinny blond has used foul language Several times & making fun of customers. What a shame user to be a decent location…

Came here from a road trip. Had to use the restroom. Restroom filthy and restaurant was filthy food on floor. No customers, no one is cleaning the lobby, employees on their phone. Manager not instructing them to do anything, manager also having personal conversations with employees.

The store is posted as open 24 hours. Placed a mobile order around 1 am. I was there in less than 5 minutes. Pulled up all store lights were on, drive thru light up. Nobody on the mic. Waited a few minutes, then pulled up to the first window. It is unlocked with nobody there. Pulled up to the second window also unlocked with no one to be seen. So what’s the point of being posted as open if you’re just gonna have workers sitting around in the back, not doing their job? And if it already wasn’t already bad enough the past 2 times I ordered from here, each time my whole order was given to the wrong people and the workers would just laugh about it and go back to being on their phones. The management is piss-poor and needs to do better. I’ve worked at fast food, and it’s not that hard to do the bare minimum.

The people working the overnight shift are slow and rude to the DoorDash drivers. I have a video from yesterday; they made me wait 30 minutes only to tell me there was no order. They ignored me and laughed. I noticed racism from that person because I’m Latina. I have videos and I reported it to DoorDash.

I got disrespected by 2 employees. One of them is that guy in drive thru. Hes always rude and messes up my order every time. Then another lady had just clocked out, got in her car, honked at me, sped off, and flipped the middle finger at me. Yall need to quit hiring these aggressive people. They mess up my order 5 times, and get mad at me? I even spoke to the manager who did not attempt to remedy the situation or even apologize for his employee’s actions.
