This is hands down the worst drive-through experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s.
I was in the drive-through for over 30 minutes total — 20 minutes sitting in line and another 10 minutes just waiting at the order board before anyone even acknowledged me. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing.
On top of that, cars were not being handled in the order they arrived, which only added to the frustration. Several customers were clearly trying to get someone’s attention and were completely ignored.
Fast food is supposed to be fast, or at the very least organized and communicative. This location had none of the above. I honestly didn’t even want to give one star, but that’s the lowest option available.
Extremely disappointing customer service.

This location is conveniently located right off of I 10 was easy to get in and out ordered breakfast at drive-through even did a special grill order. It was right the English muffin was not burnt. Definitely high-quality food and great service.

Took a whole hour to get my CORRECT order. Had to eventually go in to the restaurant and the girl at the front took one gentleman’s order and disappeared, never acknowledged me or nothing. I stood there 20 minutes and watch the fry person stack fries while the others floated around looking confused. They pulled everybody up. Nobody’s food was ready at the window. 8 people working and 4 cars was too much

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes and nobody ever came to the register. Finally stopped someone so we could at least pay. All we ordered was 2 frappes and a fry. Food was fine when we finally got it but nobody was at the counter for the entire 30 minutes. I had to stand at the counter and say something to just to get someone to look our way. There were also other people waiting the whole time that never even got acknowledged.

I just left this restaurant, and I had an amazing dinner with my lovely Momma. We both tried the new quarter pounder with cheese deluxe. It was made absolutely perfect and is my new favorite McDonald’s burger! The fries were extra hot and crispy, and the employees were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, a Karen came in to pick up a door dash order and began screaming at the young man at the counter and demanding the corporate number all because she did not have patience and claimed she waited 10 minutes. I suppose patience was not her virtue…but anyways, I highly commend the young man at the counter that politely and professionally handled the angry old Karen. He deserves a raise or a promotion for his actions. All the employees were amazing.

I ordered a mchicken sandwich and small fries. The lettuce on the sandwich was old and brown. DO BETTER MCDONALD’S!!! The wait time in the drive thru wasn’t long this time. The fries was okay, a lil salty for my liking.

This place is terrible. Drive thru takes forever. Online orders don’t speed anything up either. Went inside 11/8/25 to pick up two mocha frappes. Checked in at counter. Took 15 minutes. Everyone that came after me got their food and left. Finally had to ask if they forgot about me. Then I was told that the bag needed changed.

The attendant was real nice, young but very pleasantly helpful. It’s a bit small and awkwardly arranged on the inside. Overall, it’s good food served fast with pleasant cashiers/attendants. Thanks
