Went in Sunday at 1200, not many guests but all tables were dirty an no one ever came out to clean. Order was wrong and took forever to correct it. The cashier was nice. There was a group of boys hanging around one of the employees and they looked like they were up to something, one hiding something in his pocket when the other came to talk to him. Felt dirty and not completely safe.

If this isn’t recognized as the worst McDonald’s in the world, I’d be genuinely surprised. Between the lies the staff tells customers to avoid serving, the constant presence of homeless harassing customers, and the spiteful disregard for giving you what you’re paying money to receive; this McDonald’s would be better off closed so apps like Doordash couldn’t force you to order from them.

The food here was good McDonald’s food. There was a mistake with my burgers, but the employees fixed the problem for me. It did take longer than it should’ve to remake the order. The cook staff also messed up someone else’s burgers before me. So I think they need to be a little more disciplined and a little better trained while working on the line.

Always a pleasure to stop in and say hello to the nice late-night drive thru staff. Sweet bunch of ladies. And if your politely nice and don’t have issues with friendly conversations you might get a free pie. Yes it’s just a pie but those ladies are very nice and work hard dealing with all the gamblers and gambling late-night traffic in the drive thru.

They didn’t make my order correctly which was 2 double hamburgers so went inside to have them re-made. The manager on duty was on his personal phone (he was doing this while we were in drive thru also) they took forever and still didn’t correct the issue. They added a patty to one of the burgers (no problem) then didn’t fix the other and put another single hamburger in the bag and we had to fix it ourself. Will not return to this location.

Best McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had! My family ran through the drive thru very early on Saturday, April 22, 2023, (around 5:30am) – we were greeted by very kind and happy workers – I regret not getting their names – but the man that took our order and then took payment at the first window was clear-spoken and patient as we ordered for 4 people. The man at the food pick up window was super friendly and outgoing – he joked with us as they were gathering our items, and again, showed patience as we took extra moments passing drinks back through the car. Best of all, our entire order was correct and tasty! Kudos to the morning crew that worked that particular day – you need to be the crew that trains all other McD’s employees! Thank you for your smiles!

Our order did not get displayed on the order screen. The lady working through the drive-thru said she would have our total at the next window. When we got our food, it wasn’t how we ordered it, and it was missing a cheese burger. The young man working the pick-up window said if we wanted to add a cheese burger, we would have to drive all the way back around again. My passenger asked to speak to the manager, and he quickly replied, “I am the manager.” We drove around and ordered a cheese burger. Horrible customer service across from Hard Rock in Biloxi.
