We went there for lunch and to stretch out after long driving so our toddler boys can play while we can eat peacefully. The boys is have fun with the playground as well as the food they ate. Fast service, respectful employee and fresh food all are in perfect harmony. So satisfying

Waited in line for 40 min but couldn’t get out because it wasn’t moving any. Six workers were by the drive thru door smoking and after some time went back inside. The last one had to go back to the front because the door locked behind him.

Stopped by here around 930pm on a Thursday night. Drive thru doesn’t appear busy, maybe 3 cars. Looked at times and saw the lobby didn’t close till almost 11. My son and I went in to order, since I was paying. Went to order kiosk and placed and paid for our order. Sat at a table and waited. Some other folks that came in behind us received their food ahead of us. I took the receipt to the counter and waited for someone to help. From the register area you can see where they bag orders. A person stood there looked at me, didn’t acknowledge me, and continued to bag drive thru orders. I FINALLY said excuse me ma’am but I was just wanting to check on the status of my order because I am not seeing the oder number on the screen but my receipt says I paid. She glances at my receipt goes to where the food is waiting to be bagged, sees my order and then starts to bag it, no telling how long it was there. The fries that were included in the order were most definitely not from the fresh side of the fry bin. Not sure why but it was not pretty, the look on her face when I asked about my order. My son went back to collect the cups, that I was not offered. He had to work to get their attention and then when I went to get ketchup a manager, I’m assuming, came up front playing on her phone, while I am asking for ketchup and a delivery driver was trying to get the order he was there to pick up. She seemed annoyed that she had to put her phone down and work. Unless I have NO choice I will not be back.

I have probably stopped going to McDonalds. You can no longer order at the counter with a real person. Don’t want to waste my time learning to use the kiosk to get food there. Online ordering is always more awkward than talking with a person.

Worst Mc Donald’s I have ever been too!!! Worker was screaming she needed to go to the bathroom or she would pee her self. They were extremely rude! Waited over 30 minutes to order. Definitely will never go back.
