Visited here on the way home, ordered our food and was charged for 2 sweet teas and the workers got rude when we asked for a refund on the one. He said “well why don’t you just take it”. No, we didn’t order it. waited 15 minutes for our food in a curbside spot. Guy came out and tried to give us the wrong food he went back in and grabbed a different bag just for us to open our bag to a medium and large fry not filled all the way. A large fry is almost
$5. I want what I paid for. Not to mention, my burger is absolutely slop. Unreal, do better. Your grown adults in the food industry it isn’t hard to treat your customers with respect and properly make their food.

Overall workers are disrespectful and service is worse than mid.

Went thru drive thru and ordered 2 meals and 3 double cheese. Waited in drive thru while people after me are handed their food… fine. 10 minutes later I walk in to see how much longer….. got told by a young fellow that it is what it is when asked why I had a 15 minute drive thru wait. Finally get my food and its cold…. will not be giving another visit …. it isn’t what it is…. what it is….. is shitty service and shitty attitude with sub par food…. never again…

What a horrible experience! It took almost 30 mins to get our food… the workers were unprofessional and the leadership team was fussing with employees in front of customers.

0-2 in about 12hrs since coming to Gulfport.

First attempt. “Can’t make that item on our menu – cleaning a machine for the next hour”

Second attempt. Drive thru – waiting on one coffee 10 mins eventually had to walk in to find my order.

Waited over 30 minutes, just for them to talk crap about us behind the counter. Meanwhile we could still hear them. The floors and tables were disgusting. Sticky spots, fry’s, nuggets, and drink spilled all over the place. Other customers were also complaining about wait times. All in all a very disappointing and I won’t be coming back.

I think It was 3 or 330pm ish. My order was taken wrong and this lady at the window really helped me out to get my order correct. I asked her name to leave this review as she was super helpful. Her name Im pretty sure was Tiffany. Polite, super attentive to my needs, my wife is hearing impaired. So sometimes it is difficult to order in the drive thru. She was amazing. Double checked the order the 2nd time with my wife, and then with me. I appreciate the extra mile she went to make sure things were correct. We’ve had so many issues at this particular location. But the fact that this one employee took the time and went above and beyond makes me want to come back. Finally a good employee there.

Going to this McDonald’s makes me want to lay down on some rail road tracks and wait. The train would get to me quicker than the half hour wait for nuggets. Every time I go through the drive through I end up having to walk inside and baby sit the employees and remind them they have a job. Day 891 of asking for this location to be demolished and turned into an unemployment center.

When did it become the norm to have to pull to a parking place for the drive thru? Every car was sent to a parking place and when I asked the associate at the window how long it would be she shut the window in my face and said she didn’t know and spoke down to me about pulling to a parking place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT FAST COURTEOUS SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
