This review is about the McDonald’s on the north side of Picayune, Mississippi. I’m posting this in hopes that corporate or upper management will review what’s happening at this location.
I come to this location almost daily and typically spend $20 or more each visit, which adds up to hundreds of dollars a month at this store alone. Because I’m there so often, I’ve experienced a repeated pattern of problems.
Over the past several months I’ve had at least 12 incorrect orders or missing items from the drive-thru, usually around 8 a.m. or later in the morning. Mistakes happen anywhere, but when it happens this frequently it points to a larger issue with training and management.
The most recent visit was the breaking point. The drive-through employee rang up the wrong size drinks, and when I politely pointed it out they tried to make me take what was rung up instead of correcting the order. When I asked for the manager, the situation escalated. The manager was rude, backed up the mistake, and refused to properly correct the order, creating an unnecessary scene instead of resolving a simple issue.
What is even more concerning is that after this incident, instead of taking accountability, I was told I am banned from using this location, which happens to be the closest one to my home.
I also attempted to contact the 800 customer complaint number, but it appeared to route the call directly back to the store and the manager on duty, which obviously does not resolve the problem when the complaint involves management.
As a regular customer who has spent a significant amount of money at this location, the level of poor service, lack of accountability, and the way this situation was handled is extremely disappointing. I hope corporate or franchise ownership reviews this location because the current customer service standards clearly need attention.

I get there at 230 am they said the system was down and they will be back up at 4 am. ok whatever . I go home and shower get there at 4:02 they say they aren’t ready they won’t be open till 4:15 I wait till 4:15 go back to the window just to be told it will be a few more minutes. So I get upset and ask why are they leading me around the bush. I’m just getting off work and yall are one of the only restaurants open at that hour. I just want food the woman gets an attitude and says their opening manager hasn’t made it in yet. So you mean to tell me you had me sit outside for no reason. When all you had to say my manager hasn’t made it in yet I don’t know when she will be in. Nope rather just let me sit outside for no reason at all. And whenever they are open in the morning they will completely forget half your order. And you don’t notice till you’re 15 minutes away. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Go down the road to Hardee’s instead. They will get you right without waiting on a manager to open.

Ordered 2 quarter pounders and a Big Mac and they were all still very pink. Returned them to the store and everyone we spoke to was extremely respectful and kind. We only mentioned the burgers but the manager remade all the food including the drinks and gave us a full refund. Extremely thankful.

Update: went for breakfast today and my mcgriddle bread raw. I call and the guy says thanks for letting me know. That’s unsafe and i feel like there could have been a better response . really hit or miss with this location. I’m adding pictures of what I was given today. The staff was kind and nice just disappointed at the way my food was made and I can’t think of why they would think its acceptable or professional to sell food that looks like this.

This place is TERRIBLE! If company management is reading this, please know that this location MASSIVELY disappoints and should be the first to shut down in a downsizing. I asked multiple times “what is the cost of a Big Mac” and could not get an answer and got inconsistent and delayed responses. I will KEEP DRIVING to New Orleans where the service is better and so should you as a Google reader.

I tried so many times but its unbelievable how inept the staff is here probably my very last time at this location. they cant get anything right even when you go in and explain what they did wrong they still get it wrong further more staff is rude when you go in for what they forgot and look at you as if you are a liar.

Need a better night manager my food is always undercooked and never right and I always have to wait 10+ mins for curbside and you get hair in your good as well. I will never go back EVER!

Every time i go here.They always mess up on my order.Or the food is horrible, they never can get it right, never.And then some of the employees lie, it’s a small town and so we don’t have much of a choice where we can go and get a quick breakfast, the McDonald’s across town it’s any better, I’m not sure if it’s poor management or that the employees can’t do their job, honestly I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience at this or the other McDonald’s, and what’s sad is all the other fast food places in this town are just as bad as McDonald’s, I’m not a negative person but enough is enough
