This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and that saids a-lot! I have been to one where the food was moldy but the customer service made it better!!! This store needs to be shut down or all new employees need to be put in place!! Employees brought us our food! Slammed it onto the table and then proceeded to tell us we needed to come get our cups when we tried and no body would help us!!! The drinks were completely out! Then I stood for 30 minutes waiting for a dang togo bag!

I come here occasionally. Usually, the typical poor to mediocre service that folks have come to expect from a fast food joint. Was in here several weeks ago, and it seemed there was something like an ownership or management change because of the staff being on top of things, someone actually attending to the front counter, and guests being acknowledged when they came in or approached the counter to order, with a smile I might add. It was a really nice change and would have been great if it lasted. Alas, it did not. Back to the same old poor service.

Stopped by Collins location on 12/5 on way out of town. Ordered on line and went thru drive thru. Got order and continued my journey. Big Mac was dry with no sauce. Chocolate shake was not frozen. Had to get to place to call customer service because store did not answer phone. CS said that manager or owner would call me. No one called. Long story short, I won’t be back to this location again. Obviously Rule #1 or Rule #2 do not apply

Worst McDonald’s in the state. This place has no business being open. 30 minute wait times in the drive through. People standing in line, canceling orders. Zero food safety or cleaning procedures being followed. I wouldn’t put anything from this place anywhere near my mouth. Go literally anywhere else.

This mcdonald’s has no business having two drive thrus if they can’t use them properly. I sat in line next to the menu for thirty minutes, watching and listening to 4 other cars getting their orders get taken while I and three other cars are sitting in line waiting.
If you can’t utilize two lines, then use one for mobile only and the other for regular orders. This place should be shut down. Also maybe dont give customer thier food with a bite taken out of it and that bite spit oit beside it. You are the nasty places in collins.

Ordered on the app, walked in to the place, and our order was ready. And the fries were HOT! so were the burgers.
