Went here about 2:20 on a Friday and the place was very busy and a little backed up on the drive thru so I ordered inside. 3 of the 4 kiosks to order from were not in service which was annoying. Took about 14 minutes to get a double quarter pounder which wasn’t bad. My biggest pet peve was they would only call out the order number half the time. Thankfully a customer waiting for her order would call them out.

I sent someone else to get my order and McDonald’s got the order completely wrong so I actually had to leave my home,. bring them a receipt to get the correct order when I finally got the order I feel like they intentionally gave me half inch fries from the bottom of the fry bag and cold cookies. The only good thing about this experience is when I brought my food back, the lady in blue with the glasses I think her glasses were red. She was very friendly and she corrected my order with no problem and no questions. I do appreciate her good customer service.

I placed an order for a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a separate cheeseburger on the side for curbside. I sat for over an hour waiting on my food and when my husband called the store we were told they had just finished making our food. I understand being busy and having a lot of customers, but an hour wait for a couple cheeseburgers is insane. Just don’t waste your time coming to this McDonald’s. By the time I got my food, the burgers were cold and undercooked. My medium fries were less than half full and my drink was watered down.

We were going to eat inside. But when we opened the door it was literally a homeless shelter inside. People were played across the benches and clothes were all around and it smelled..

So we decided to go through the drive thru and ordered instead.
…The food was thrown together, the bread was rubbery, the fries were half filled and there was no Mac Sauce on my Big Mac..

I spent $30+ on 2 meals and a fry.!!!
And It Was Definitely Not Worth It!
Service OR Food!

Someone needs to pop into these stores from time to time..
..Because decent people are not going to deal with this.. we will not spend good money or terrible service and terrible food..
And no one wants to bring their family into a place that appears to be dangerous and/or infectious..

I was so upset.. I couldn’t even take it back to get a refund..
…I am calling corporate today..
To see if I can get my money back!
Because the food was not edible!!!!

The tea wasn’t even drinkable..
You could see all the way through it..

It was mainly sugar water.. hardly to tea flavor really at all..

I went through the drive through ordered a large fry and a senior coke. The coke was fine….but the fries was COLD! Not even edible! I turned around and took them back! Of course they gave me some fresh fries but that’s not the point. McDonald’s you need to do better! Hire people that care about what they’re doing. At least people that can tell the difference in hot and cold! RANT OVER

When traveling, my husband tries to only get his coffee from McDonald’s. However, not only was this the 1st McDonald’s with awful tasting coffee, but the drive-thru personnel were very rude! My husband simply ordered coffee! No problems. But the attitude, especially from girl (had black & red hair) was the worst! Don’t bother going to this location!

Dirty lobby, slowest drive through in the city. Went inside so I wouldn’t be in a drive through for half an hour. Thankfully there are self service kiosks (even if it was out of receipt paper) because nobody would’ve taken my order otherwise. Employees let my completed order sit for 5 minutes before someone realized there were people in the lobby staring at them. Order was incorrect but it’s not worth the headache of dealing with them again. And of course the ice cream machine is down

Omg both of the drive thru windows. Both young ladies had a stank attitude. Now I was always told if you don’t like what you do then find something else. Don’t know if I came on the wrong day, but remember ladies it’s the customers that keep your doors open. Maybe next time I’ll have an better experience.

Went in earlier this morning. 515. Waited a few minutes to be acknowledged by 1 of 2 supervisor. (Np)..standing just waiting. Someone else walks up and ask if I’ve been with anyone yet. (Not yet, she said she’ll be with me) few minutes later another worker says we’ll be there. The girl immediately says to the 2nd worker “I done told him I’ll be right there.” .. (np let it go) finally that very person takes my order with attitude.

The supervisor Gwen hands my order once it’s ready. I asked if the frappe wasn’t made just yet because the receipt shows caramel and not mocha as mocha is what I asked for. That very worker with attitude proceeds to push Gwen to the side “I know what his order says I took it myself, I made it” (Oh okay! I got you) Gwen had to resolve the matter because of that worker.

Won’t be back to Hattiesburg, Mayfair Road McDonald’s anymore.
