I understand taking care of a buisness is ALOT OF WORK but if they cant even keep the front of house clean the real question is what does the back of the house look like????
There is standards there always is in every resturant!

If ypu don’t like your job, Quit. They young lady taking our Order couldn’t have been any ruder and lethargic, didn’t let us know oir order was ready and didn’t have syrup, utensils or anything in the bag and when asked it was like I asked her to Do her job. Very rude, stay away from this one, plenty of Micky Ds with better attitudes

HORRIBLE! Online hours say they close at 12 midnight…, sat outside drive through for 20mins, inside the chairs are flipped, staff members are walking past me in the window completely ignoring me. It’s just plain rude. If you are closed you could have respectfully opened the window and told me so! All four staff members that were working, including who looked like the manager should be ashamed of themselves.

I came through this drive-up weeks ago and the menus were not functioning at the drive-up. Came back today the menu still not functioning. I am sure I’m not the only customer that does not use apps for ordering. Please fix your drive-up menus or shut down your drive-up Lane.

It’s your typical McDonald’s middle of the road. Not bad order a quarter. Pounder should be fresh. Beautiful photos quarter pounders or half the size they used to be. And sure that has to be an economic decision and we’re a lot of flies in the store that had to be sued off. But I think everybody has flies right now. If I had to complain about anything it would be no one said hi. Hello, how are you doing? Thank you or anything. The store did need to have some cleaning done but They have one customer in the lobby. One customer in line and one customer in the drive-thru and I ordered ahead using an app. Took 15 minutes to get my meal. They were cooking a lot of things so maybe it was those delivery services ahead of us but all in all it was ok.

Ignore curbside customers. They clear the order off the screen and leave you sitting there 15 minutes before you end up going inside and then they have to look for your order on the screen. On top of that they make my order wrong repeatedly and if I say anything they get upset. This staff on dayshift needs a complete new management group. They can’t handle the pressure of this busy location.

I thought the award for worst McDonalds was in my hometown. This one, only a few miles from me, may be a very close second.
Line was incredibly long and moving very slowly. At both windows, I was polite and said thank you, and have a nice day. They just looked at me with a puzzled look on their face. No thank you, etc. The girl at the second window which would be the one handling the food had incredibly long hair that was hanging everywhere, even around the front of her clothing. Disgusting. What happened to food workers keeping their hair contained and out of the way ?
And the food, was lukewarm and soggy so most of it got thrown away. McDonald’s is a lot more expensive now too. It was a waste except for the coke.
